"Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer will not fill with Water / User Interface will not allow for different selections. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error Codes are F3E2 = Pressure Sensor Fualt. Checked the Pressure sensor / Pressure Hose. Hose is connected. Hose has no holes. I then ran Key Activation. All Lights go out on the User Interface. Unit will not allow you to select anything other then Normal. Ran Service Test on the unit. Hot Water Valve Test will not Dispense any Hot Water. The Control Board freaks out and shut the whole unit off. Unit will need the Water Valve = W11165546 , Control Board = W11417461 & Console = W11112662. Cx paid only for the Service Call by Card. If the cx calls back order these parts and don't go without parts."

"cx complaint unit shutting off before clothes are dry, usually within 15min of starting unit. cx said he got the vent cleaned and the control was just replaced but still having same issue, doesnt seem like it was our company. inspected unit, it is heating, airflow coming out of vent looks good. no errors stored. set unit to timed dry and let it run for over 20min and it did not shutoff. if there is an issue with unit then it must be moiture sensor harness or thermistor. advised cx they may just need to sort their laundry by fabric type as they absorb moisture differently. ordering moisture sensor harness and thermistor to see if that helps. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on parts; ordrng 1 WPW10298258 (moisture sensor harness) and 1 WP8577274 (thermistor)"

"cx complaint ice melted then whole unit stopped cooling all together for a few days, changing settings didnt help. a few days after cx gave up trying to get it to work, unit suddenly started cooling again, everything frozen in fz and unit started making ice again. inspected unit and ran thru service tests. thermistor tests all display good temps but noticed 1st fz evap thermistor showed -22 then suddenly changed to - 14 then -7. ohmed out thermistors and theyre all reading good at this time. cx said there was no signs of losing cooling before ice melted, didnt hear any buzzing noises as if it was overfrosted. issue must be in controls. ordering control, side ui and orion board. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on parts; ordrng 1 W11533213 (control) and 1 W11330486 (side ui) and 1 W11336586 (orion board)"
