Found that the evaporator fan is running, but not turning fast enough to move air. Confirmed 120VAc to the motor. Unit needs a new evaporator fan motor. Ordering updated heater and harness to avoid potential defrost issue. Drain is clogged. Steam applied to the drain to open it and grommet inspected. "cx complaint unit makes loud vibrating noise when convection fan runs. cx said noise usually happens on regular bake and keeps going after it finishes preheating. ran convection bake until it preheated to 300 and didnt hear any noise. switched to regular bake and it started making noise. seems fan runs at low speed in convect bake and high speed in regular bake. fan kept cycling after it finished preheating, i would order control for it still running after preheating but theres no tech sheet posted for this exact model and control is on backorder and dont want to wait on it if thats normal now. ordering convection fan motor. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on part; ordrng 1 W11235883 (convection motor)"

"cx complaint is the unit making to much ice. unit fills so high it pours out when door is opened. when i arrived cx said unit has been shut off for days to let ice melt and unit drain. i put unit in diagnostics. all thermitors show a pass. unit does not recognize the resovior is full, it just keeps running the fill valve. thermistors reads 2.33k at room temp. compared that read to the preIDed part and they both read the same. unit will need ciculation pump and control board. quoted cx for repair. she paid service call and will decide later if she wants unit repaired.; ordrng 1 W11566406 (ciculation pump)"

"Customer complaint unit does not heat properly arrive today and inspected unit checked for air codes and had Nunn present. Ran test cycle unit came on and started tumbling relay kicked on and burner lit. Unit started heating as it should ask customer whens the last time they had their vents serviced, and he had stated before this was installed. He had professionally cleaned the vent, I could not check airflow outside due to vent being too high and do not have a airflow meter to test. Turn power off and disconnected unit from power plug back in and tested again. Unit worked correctly again and started heating. Explain to customer that if they use the unit and check after the cycle is done and the clothes are still wet and cold to give us a call at this point the unit is working correctly. Unit is working as intended. Job complete."

Customer complaint unit is leaking when using heavy duty but is fine on normal and cleaning cycle is not working. I found the hot water vavle turmed off at the wall. Clean cycle uses only hot water to clean. I adviced the cusotmer to leave the hot water valve on on all the cycle. Check under the unit and the stator is is dry. not leaking from tub. Loosen the top and i can see when the unit is filling the vavle is sending too much water and it coming off the dispenser and getting everywhere. Unit will need new vavle. Unit is also dispensing hot water on rinse cycle and pretty much all loads the unit turns both valves. Quoted for new vavle they will call back if they want to do it. Tenants needs to reach out to owner.; ordrng 1 look (look)

"called office and made sure sump was covered by entitlements, was advised it is covered and i dont have to charge for it. unit uninstalled prior to arrival, pic saved. water supply hose disconnected from shutoff valve and drain hose disconnected from disposer. replaced sump asm which came with new drain pump. unable to test unit at this time since its disconnected from plumbing and not unit. advised cx to reinstall unit, check for leaks when testing for first time and call back if theres any issues. cx understands"
