Removed kickplate and found water inside tray holding float switch. Ran test and found unit had suds build up. Unit leaked in try due to oversuds. Instucted cx to remove all detergent from dishes befor eplacing them in and running cycle. Cx understood, removed water from tray and ran test cycle, cycle completed without issues and no error codes displayed. Unit checks good"

I found that the orion board is not sending the propper 12.7 V's DC to the UI control board tested at conntector J4. I then tested out going DC voltage at the orian board at P16 and found no out going DC voltage. UNit will need 1 orion board (W11131873). I also found the main control to be faulty , Under Technical Service Pointer #: W11329116C, I have replaced the main control board (W11333076) and am ordering 1 evap cover (W10887790) both parts covered using S-CODE #S Code: S27311. Customer complaint unit is still freezing in the refrigerator. Tested temp on the RC and is reading 31 set to 38 degrees and freezer is reading 3 degrees set to 0. I ran test 3 and damper is opening and when it closes there still air leaking. I applied sealant around the damper gasket and around the damper. I tested and now the damper is not leaking. I then check the gaket under the ice bin and it was loose. Was coming off on one side. Then the customer showed me the gasket and the ripping at the top. and when door is close there is a gap on the seal letting warm air go in. Quoted customer for gasket replacement.
