Customer complaints unit was not making ice arrived today and inspected unit and found ice bin was 3/4 of the way full of ice and cubes were full size. Check temperature temperatures were right where they were set inside unit at 38 zero. Placed unit into diagnostic mode and ran test 56 and found no error codes on icemaker tested for a harvest cycle unit completed harvest cycle and pushed ice out. Ran icemaker fill test icemaker filled with water. Customer has stated they had a power outage which could have glitched the unit but since everything was reset the unit has been working. Unit is working as intended. Job complete.

Cx complaint is that the unit is not completing cycles like it should. Upon arrival I found that the unit has an F7E5 and an F8E1. I manually ran the hot and cold valve and found that the cold valve is loud and is only letting a small trickle into the unit. I then ran the diag test and found that the belt is slipping on the drive pulley and squeeling. I am ordering the valve and the belt and splutch. cx complaint is unit stiull does not make ice she said it makes water. took temp readings first of 1 in freezer 35 in fridge 7 through ice maker. she had lower ice maker off and she says bin fills and freezes and no ice. says bin with 1/2 inch of ice. also upper ice maker had all kinds of sizes and frozen ice in the front of lid. cycled freezer ice maker and after it filled it leaked and upper has code of E5. found fill tube not in chute so all water was flowing out. put in and left on to test and ordered that ice maker just in case. will order parts needed. dont think its a control issue yet. as soon as parts are in office will schedule.; ordrng 1 W11658802 (Ice Maker) and 1 W11578780 (Ice Maker just in case) and 1 W11087201 (Heater) and 1 W11579561 (Triple Valve)
