Cx complaint is that the unit is not cooling as it should. Upon arrival I found that the RC temp is 35 degress. i then found the the FC temp is around 11 in one spot and 28 in another. I also found some prducts that were frozen beside products that were still liquid. I accessed the Fc Evap and found an ice ball in the top RH corner around the cap tube. I found that the unit has a SS leak. I quoted the cx for the cost of the repair. Cx will not be going thru with the repair. I collected the service fee.
