And i can see we were here last august which the parts will be covered but not the labor. He said he is calling back to talk to a manager becaseu the unit is breaking and he does not want to pay. He said he already pay thre service call. I tried to tell him that labor is only 30 days parts is 1 year he said he wa told different. Is the same issue we will need the same parts. And probably more parts. Unit has a door lock error. So is probably going to need that. "Insatlled new trim and the customer stated the unit is not cooling correctly. Customer stated that the unit ice cream is soft and the ice maker takes a long time to make ice. I tested temps and the lowes in the refrigerator was 12 degrees and in the fridge was about 40. I pulled unit out and tested and compressor is running with good but is really really hot that it burns it burns. Is reading 137 on test 4 at full blast. No overdrosting. Evap RC has uneven frost. Is not frosting the whole coil. Even the condenser is reallu hot tested condenser fan and is good. Unit has seal system issues. Unit wither has low refrigerant or compressor is not effficient anymore. Ordering Compressor, dryer, evap and coupler. "Cx complaint is unit not cooling properly. Tested inspected and could not verify complaint. On arrival found the RC 36 and the FC at 5. Cx stated her pre mixed drinks with alcohol in them are not completly frozen and ice cream is sometimes soft. Found the FC set to reccomended. Changed the FC setting to Max so the cx would have a better experience with those products and explained how the unit works. Also found the FC door gasket hanging off on the top and the RC door not sealing in multiple locations. Due to this air leak, the unit was running more than normal causing higher compressor temps. Found the compressor drawing 0.94 amps and was 128 degrees at the hottest spot. Condensor had a nice temp split from one end to the other and evap had full frost pattern. Unit is working as designed."

"cx complaint unit making and very loud screeching sound during spin. inspected unit and found no error codes stored in system at time of service. cx did however have a video of the issue and the sound is a very defined metal-on-metal grinding that appears to stem from the gearcase. entered unit into diagnostic test cycle and confrimed there is a substantial grinding/screeching occuring from the gearcase in low,med, and high speed spins. unit will need gearcase replaced. two call count.; ordrng 1 W11449841 (gearcase) and 1 W10915700 (stator) and 1 W10754448 (clutch) and 1 W10734521 (slider) and 1 W10915701 (rotor)"

"Cx complaint icemaker doesn't work and it doesn't dispense. When removing bin, found the ice along the side rails preventing the bin from sliding out. Once bin was out found ice build up on the opening. The auger was stuck in the bin and wouldn't rotate. Ice was jammed between bail arm, when calling for water it would splash into bin causing ice to freeze together. Removed all ice, reset icemaker, no water splashed or leasked in bin, placed cubes in bin and it dispensed. Unit runs as designed"
