"Customer complaint unit displays F3 E1 error code. Arrived today and customer had started a cycle for me to watch to see when it happens after first initial agitate cycle when unit went to drain and spin F3e1 was displayed remove the lid and inspected pressure switch hose and it was connected and not tight. All harnesses were connected properly unit is going to need a new pressure switch and control to properly repair. When Error code was presented on Console when drain pump came on and continued and door would never open. Had to manually open door. I am not sure if you do to the F3e1 code it is causing the door to malfunction, but this may be another issue after one is resolved. Explain to customer we need to fix the problem that we have currently and revisit if it continues after that problem is resolved. Quoted customer for repair and she will let us know within 30 days. ; ordrng 1 W11201290 (Control) and 1 WPW10448876 (Pressure switch)"

Removed lid and ran test 10 on diagnostic cycle to inspect detergent pump and it was working correctly. Ran test 12 and unit completed for Cycle but when unit got to spin and banged around a lot. Cx stated that when the door is open what steam comes out and she thinks that is freon. I tested tempos and the items were about 4 degrees and there was frost on over the items after opening the door. CX AC is off and is warmer inside than it is outside.
