It took two of us to pull it out of the unit, removed contents and placed unit into diagnostic mode and found no error codes. Ran service cycle and unit completed cycle with no issues. Inspected under unit and found nowhere on any parts or marks on any floor. explain to customer that certain big items like what was inside of the unit needs to be taken to a dry cleaning. Too much weight will cause the wash plate to not move. An instance would happen here. Customer cannot believe how heavy the item was inside of the washer. unit is working as intended. Job complete."

"Cx complained of heating issues. Inspected the unit and found the bake and broil elements have continuity and aren't shorted to ground. The elements recieve a cycling 240vac. Upon arrival, the unit only heated to 344 degrees, cx accidently turned it off via the app and when turned back on, the unit heated to 380 degrees and throughout the 2hrs of testing, the unit maintained an average temp around 368 degrees. After cooling down a bit, at the control, the sensor read 1609ohms which is close to the 330 degrees it was. Called tech support twice and explained and we just tested everything again. Cx advised to call CS if they are having issues. Job complete"

"Customer complaints when oven is being used. Sometimes it will tripped the breaker. Arrive today and inspected unit. Found no error codes in diagnostic mode. Customer said it happened when unit was being used with convection. Bake brand convection. Bake up to 325 and had no issues canceled cycle and ran unit to 350 and it heated to 350 with no issues. Finally ran to 400° and still no issues. Convection fan was on the whole time And temperature was correct in diagnostic mode. Found unit is on the same breaker as the wall plugs and they are also on GFI. Its possible the customer was using too much on that breaker and when the convection fan kicked in and had tripped the GFI. Customer is going to look into the breaker and see if its older, or if they can make it bigger or have the whole thing on one outlet. Unit is working as intended. Tested all features and working. Job complete."

Arrived today and verified complaint found white drive shaft on motor sat to high inspected unit and found nothing damaged causing this issue. Driveshaft was just too long. Adjusted driveshaft to make it smaller. That way it was closer to cabinet. After fixing unit turntable is now straight as it should be. And works correctly tested with wet paper, towel and turntable never came off of shaft.
