It took two of us to pull it out of the unit, removed contents and placed unit into diagnostic mode and found no error codes. Ran service cycle and unit completed cycle with no issues. Inspected under unit and found nowhere on any parts or marks on any floor. explain to customer that certain big items like what was inside of the unit needs to be taken to a dry cleaning. Too much weight will cause the wash plate to not move. An instance would happen here. Customer cannot believe how heavy the item was inside of the washer. unit is working as intended. Job complete."

Cx complaint is unit dripping from the dispenser and making crushed ice when set to cubed. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. The cx was having a few small pieces of ice in with the cubed. Explained to the cx that this was normal and the cubes sometimes break when going through the auger. Also found the water dispenser would drip up to 30 seconds after you let go of the paddle. Confirmned this 2 times where it dripped atleast 15-20 seconds after pulling the cup away. Ordering water line to resolve issue. Cannot reschedule at this time.; ordrng 1 W11163765 (fitting)

I verified the issue is still unchanged. I verified that there is no frost pattern. Temps are 55 in RC and 48 in FC. All fans are running. I called JL and verified. "cx complaint utility sink leaking after previous tech left. cx said utility sink was bumped so the drain pipe came out of the floor fitting, cx said previous tech did test it at least 5times and it didnt leak when he was here, pipe came out next cycle after he left. can see a mark on the pipe where the rubber coupler was grabbing onto it and it was only grabbing onto a 1/2' of pipe. resecured drain pipe to floor coupler. tested unit, pipe staying in now but noticed utility sink has a crack in it thats dripping, pic saved, cx already aware. then noticed puddle coming out from under unit. valve is dry. found leak coming from drain pump. ordering drain pump and tub to pump hose. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on parts; ordrng 1 WP35-6780 (drain pump) and 1 WP21001915 (tub to pump hose)"
