Customer complaint unit is not cooling correctly. I found dust build up in the refrigerator. I found 44 degrees in the refrigerator and is set to 33 did not see any frost build up in the evaporator. The custoemr said she called whirlpool and whirlpool told them that the unit is covered by warranty could not prove that the unit is covered by entitlement called trade partners and they said 12 month only on this model. They paid for the diagnostics and I tested the compressor and is reading with in range but is very hot. I ran test for and unit is not creating frost pattern in the unit. and freezer is in the 10s. "cx complaint unit leaked water onto floor, beeping and flashing error code and suds left inside unit. cx said tub was half full of suds. verified complaint. unit flashing f8e4 upon arrival, found soapy water in drip tray. started test cycle and there is alot of suds inside unit, not leaking at this time. cx said they only use 1 cascade pod at a time and they dont use rinseaid so it cant be rinseaid leaking into unit. advised cx that the unit doesnt generate suds so too much detergent or dish soap got into unit somehow. ran rinse cycle with vegetable oil to get rid of suds, had to do it twice. advised cx maybe a pod didnt dissolve and was left in and to select hi temp wash to avoid that. advised to keep towel under door until they can trust unit and call back if issue persists"

"CX complains unit is leaking after last repair. Found water inlet valve had failed. This is not a part that was moved, repaired, or had anything to do with last repair. Floors warped due to absorbing water from leaked valve. Informed CX of findings, Cx still claims this was done by previous repair. Advised CX on price of repair, CX agreed. Replaced inlet water valve with pre I.D. part. Tested unit, unit no longer leaks and unit now works as designed. Called wp techline and spoke to Andrewto document findings of todays visit. Showed CX unit no longer leaking. CX requested to keep used part, part is a quality return part but due to situation called office and was instructed CX may keep part. Job is now complete, unit is working as designed, no further work needed"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dishwasher is Leaking Water. Checked the under the unit. Found that the Drain hose is leaking Water where the two Drain Hoses meet. ( Installer was from Lowes. They used a Non Whirlpool Drain Hose Clamp. There is Floor Damage from this. ) After fixing the Clamp provided. I tested the unit . No leaks. Unit is working as Designed. ( Advised the cx to stop putting whole foods in the Dishwasher. Explained to them this isn't a garbage disposal. Cx will need to Rinse all food into the sink.) F0E2 over suds CX complaint unit takes a long time to spin. Arrived today and inspected unit. Found error code above for an over suds. Cleared error code and ran diagnostic cycle unit completed diagnostic cycle with no issues found during Spincycle unit shock caused by unit not being balanced correctly . Level unit and reran diagnostic cycle. Unit now did not shake. Calibrated unit then re-checked for error codes and had none. Remove Consol and inspected pressure switch and found everything connected. No kinks and pressure hose either customer stated daughter possibly may be using more then one pod. Explained 1 is enough. And to make sure the load the unit in a balanced fashion. Unit is working as designed no parts needed. Collected 120.00 for service call. Unit working as intended job complete
