Codes ran test cycle and found during spin cycle. The drain line is tapping the back of the panel which is causing the noise at the customers hearing. Placed hand behind unit and push drain line to wall and noise is gone. Customer stated that she was going to get something to insulate the noise whether it be a foam pad or just to have the line screw to the wall. After Cycle check for error codes and had none present.
