"cx complaint new fz door appears to be upside down. inspected unit, advised cx its not upside down and that the handle pocket is supposed to be on bottom of door on the fz door. also showed him how the shelfs inside door are correct and if it was upside down then everything would fall out of shelf. cx mentioned gap between doors looks uneven. loosened hinge screws and adjusted door so gap is even but the a gap in top side of gasket opened up. also noticed a little condensation is coming back. fluffed gasket wiith heatgun and gap closed up. advised cx to monitor and call back if condensation/frost comes back. if cx calls back, send tech with rtv(WP482338) to seal fz liner, could need new door if condensation persists after sealing liner. unit is working properly at this time"

Customer complaint unit is not heating correctly and the light in oven on the left side keeps popping the lights. Customer stated that the light burned out and was told that the light bulb is not covered by warranty they went to buy a new light and burnd out too. The light assembly is shorting and blowing up the lights the unit will need new Light assembly. I tested oven and notice the unit is under cooking. Calibrated unit got to hottest 393 and then started cycling about 345 low and about 370 high. Unit is good. I went to calibrate the lower oven and it did the same thing the unit will only heats up to 340 and does not do anything until i cancel and start the bake again the unit then start to heat up pass 350 Called techline and they adviced to replace UI .ordering UI.; ordrng 1 W11292252 (light-oven) and 1 W11600643 (UI)

I found tha the side LED's to start flickering. I reassmebled the unit and fou d that the unit is now dispensing water with out leaking and the icemaker fills with out leaking , however all LED's in the RC are flickering. "Upon trying to remove original gasket, i found that it is foamed in so well that i could not get any part of it pulled out of the track and that was with using great force. The only way to get it out is to rip gasket into pieces which would cause problems with remnants inside track. I left original gasket in place and am ordering FC door. Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator Food is still Freezing Food. Checked pressures to the unit. Equalized pressures are 60 on the low side and 60 psi on the high side. I then checked running pressures to the unit. I'm getting 0 on the low side and 109 Psi on the high side. I then removed all refrigerant to the unit. Filled the unit with Nitrogen to 140 Psi. Checked all joints with soap and bubbles. No change in pressures after 20 mins. I then filled the unit with 4.25 Oz's. Pressures are 110 on the high side and 0 on the low side. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures.)
