cx says the unit is slow to make ice and may not be keeping things cold enough. freezer compartment 23f and ice cream very soft. refrigerator temp is 46f. refrigerator and freezer set to recommended. removed evaporator cover and the unit has no frost pattern on the refrigerator evaporator even though the evaporator fan is blowing. ran test 4 step 4 and the unit is only frosting a couple rungs. the freezer evaporator cover has frost covering it the ui icemaker seperator control ice door and a gasket have all been replaced recently. called tech support and spoke with a chris. says disregard test 4 and focus on defrost issue. test 6 the unit is going into defrost even though bimetal is open. right side of freezer door rubbing refrigerator door with bad mold; ordrng 1 W11658799 (harness) and 1 W11566485 (heater) and 1 W11604155 (door)

"came out to resolve the issue. disassemlbed and removed all old parts. found a ton of oil coming out at the drier when i cut it. used nitrogen to try to remove all oil form the system. once done i replaced the compressor, evap, and drier. vac the system and added r134a to the system. within two mintues i heard a loud noise and then it never stopped coming from the compressor. low side at 30 and high side at 80. called techline since it seems that the system is contaminated and cannot get all the oil out. called to document and to see what is the next steps. was told since the system is contaminated that the unit is deemed unrepairable. advsied the cx on the situation."

"CX complaint is DW not washing. Found no voltage to sump/motor from control or and plug going to motor. Hooked new sump up to verify and for some reason it activated motor and didnt go straight to drain. Replaced sup motor and reinstalled unit. Went to test and the same thing. Unit drained,filled then straight back to drain without activating motor. Ordering control. Also reordering sump/motor in case control rendereded it defective. Confirmed cx complaint unit vibrating slightly as it extends/retracts. Unit has gasket to prevent cooking debris from falling into assembley. Gasket makes slight contact with assembley as it moves. Cx complaint is intrinsic to the design of the unit but it has improved since she started using it and will continue to get smoother as they continue using the unit. No recommended fix.

Checked voltage at plug and got 5.6vdc which is good. Voltage to pantry UI was 12.5vdc. Prior tech verified no corrosion under UI. Unplugged pantry UI for CX to eliminate or pin point if issue is harness itself. No signs of broken harness. If CX calls back and unit still having issues return with LED driver board (W10804160) CX under 30days. Job is complete

Cx complaint is that the unit is making a loud grinding noise at the back of the unit. Upon arrvial I found that the noise is coming from the evap fan blades hitting frost. The unit is not defrosting. I found that the heater is heating in manual mode. I also tested the thermistor and found that it is reading 6.1 Kohms encased in ice. I quoted the cx for the cost of the repair. Cx paid in full. I was able to set the return visit for Monday 7/10.; ordrng 1 WPW10383615 (Thermistor)

( Cx would hit the Freezer back wall on the right side and then unit would start to Cool again. ) Checked the Freezer Evaporator Section. Found that the Freezer Fan Motor Harness was not fully connected. Plugged in the Harness. Freezer Fan Motor start to operate. Unit is starting to Cool.
