F8E1 long fill no fill. F2E1 stuck key. Customer complaint unit is not completing a wash cycle all the time. Sometimes he has to cancelled the cycle or unplug it and start another cycle to get it to complete the cycle. I check for error codes and the unit has water level error and a stuck key. I tested the unit and the unit is completing a test cycle but the control is detecting button getting stuck. I also found the unit is not putting enought water in or is slow to fill. Ordering control and valve. The sink is not draining fast enought cusotmer is getting plumber to get it draining faster. Vavle is not available. Cx complaint is that the unit is just clicking and barely moving when agitating. Upon arrival I found no error codes. I then ran the manual agitation and found that the shifter has failed and the entire spin basket is being agitated. I then ran a manual spin and found that the unit is off balance and is making a loud noise. i tipped the unit back and found that the gear case has failed and is leaking oil. I quoted the cx for the cost of the gearcase repair. Cx paid the service fee and will not be moving forward with the repair. Job complete.
