Customer complaint unit would not open which left wet clothes in washer for a week arrive today and inspected unit and verified complaint sound when powered the unit on the consul with flash in read f5 and then cut back off and continue to beep until the consul is powered off The consul was glitching but I think it was due to the control. had proper voltage and control disable to remove consul and disconnect pressure switch but lets still do not unlock lifted whole lid for customer to be able to remove clothes and was able to manually open lock with lid off Explain to customer that the lid lock failure couldve caused an issue with the control. Need to replace both parts before being able to diagnose if anything else has failed. Collected $120 for service call and left quote for customer she will let us know within 30 days. ; ordrng 1 W11401712 (Control) and 1 W10861642 (Lid lock)

The only way to replace RC evap thermistor is to splice it and it wasnt. Also thermistor sitting loose making no contact with inlet line to evap. R3eplaced thermistor and crimped then zip tied it to line. Cherged CX $301.15 which was paid in full by AMEX card. Unit working properly. Job is comnplete

IM shows E5 error code. ran harvest cycle IM completed it. found frost build up on FC evap cover. removed cover to find evap is mostly frosted and has ice build up on the top and upper right corner. ice was hitting evap fan causing the noise. tested defrost heater, its working. i melted all ice and ran test 4. compressor did not come on at all. it made it to step 5 without running, only clicking from 3way valve. i called techline to document. they advised replacing the control baord beings unit is working in normal operation. or; ordrng 1 W10846539 (ce box fan) and 1 W11658802 (ice maker) and 1 WPW10675033 (cntrl-elec)"

Inspected suspension and found suspension was connected in all four corners, but was very weak and needs to be replaced digging deeper into the unit I remove the wash plate and found with the nut, holding the tub to the gear case the tub wiggles around, removed nut and found that, all of the splines are stripped on inner tub also found where gear case shaft is bent. Unit is going to need inner tub gear case and suspension to fix properly. Also found the main control to be defective causing the motor to stick on. Cx had a lightning strike and thats when the unit stopped working. Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Ice Maker will not make Ice. Ice Maker is continuously running. Checked the Drain Pump / Recirculation Pump. Both pumps are working. Water Valve is filling the Water Reservoir to slow and pump's doesn't have enough Water to Circulate the Water through the Water Reservoir. Gave the cx the price to service the Water Valve. Cx wants to think about the repair. Gave cx a 30 Warranty on the Service Call to think about repairs. Cx is thinking about replacing the unit. Cx paid in full for the Service Call Only. If the cx calls back order the Water Valve = WPW10217917. Don't go without parts.

Element reads 9.6 ohms and is not shorting to cabinet, fuses all read o.o ohms, and thermostat reads good. Unit is heating up to 158*F and shutting off but turns back on at 135*F.
