Cx complaint is that the unit arched in the center of the cooktop when they turned a burner on. Upon arrival I found that the cx had a video os the event. I inspected the wiring and found that the wiring is in good condition and didn't see and pinch points or cut wires. I then found that a connector was not secured under the warming zone. That wire was resting on the frame and caused the event. I was able to resecure the connector. I then tested the burners and the warming zone and the unit is now functioning as intended. "CX complaint is that the unit is making a odd noise and will not stop after a cycle , but just spins at a low rate. I found in diag the unit has a F6E3 error code. I cleared the code and ran a auto tst and a recalibration . I found the same F6E3 to repopulate. I inspected under the unit and found the rotor screw completly unsecured in the rotor. I inspected the rotor and the geasrcase and found no concerns. I replaced the rotor screw with new (W10752189). Due to the errorcodes found I am orderign 1 control console (W11478526) and 1 main control board (W11419171). Before insptall of parts, return ing tech , please refferance Technical Service Pointer. Once the parts are avalible , please have someone form the office call to set a return date.; ordrng 1 W11478526 (control console) and 1 W11419171 (main control board) and used 1 W10752189 (Rotor screw) from stock"
