"Customer complaint unit is not cooling correctly.Customer has to have the set temp all the way top the max to get it to stay I found the unit is reading about 40 degrees in the max setting and about 7 in the FC. Unit is not cooling cold enough. I pulled unit and found the compressor si really hot and reading about .6 amps. Compressor is burning my hand to the touch. "Customer complaint is that the unit is giving an error code. Checked for stored error codes and at first the unit did not want to go into diagnostics. Cycled power to the unit and retried. Found error code F7E1 stored twice. Code cleared and test cycle ran. Cycle ran properly, but after it started spinning, it threw the F7E1 error code. Ran the tachometer test and the actuator did not register that the tub was turning. Actuator connector is secure and found no material build up on the actuator. Checked for 12VDc between J2-2 and J2-3, but only got 1.5V. Unit needs a new actuator and control.; ordrng 1 W10913953 (actuator) and 1 W11543994 (control)"
