Got to the unit and theis unit is in a small closet with limited space and was no mention on the notes about that. Customer complaint unit was not cooling at tall and the control light was off but the interiror light was on. I found the unit after they plugged it in and the unit is cooling but the fact that they control was off and the light is on sounds like a board issue. I replace the control and sensor. nad tested. Unit is cooling now. Unit is back to normal operations. I adviced the customer not to overload the unit.

Water is leaking from the Tub into the Float Switch Trey. Called Whirlpool Techline Ref. Per Whirlpool Techline to replace the Tub =W11409866. Cx is gonna return the Dishwasher to Costco. If the cx calls back order the Tub. Don't go without parts.

cx complaint of rumbling noise. can confirmed. ordering blower motor & covect fan. 2nd tech needed for removal of unit. Look (LOOK); ordrng 1 W11344874 (blower motor) and 1 W10920268 (convect motor)

Cx complaint of damaged terminal block. Changed terminal and unit is now as designed.; used 1 279320 (Terminal) from stock

"Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Oven is reaching Temperatures / Food has uneven cooking. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. No error codes. I then. Started the Oven to 350 Degrees. Unit hit the 350 Degrees mark. Took Oven temperatures. Lows 320.1, 327.9, 330.5 highs 377.6 , 379.9, 380.8. Avg Temperature is 352.8. Unit is working as Designed. ( Cx had a foil pan in the bottom of the Oven. Advised the cx to not use the foil pan this will block heat for the Oven to cook.) Cx paid by Card for the Service Call Only."

Unit is unrepairable and whirlpool will be contacting rtm.; ordrng 1 W11552018 (Control)

"excessive noise during agitation removed agitator, no obstructions, repeated agitate, still noisy. inspected bottom of unit, found gearcase leaking excessive amounts of oil, gearcase, slider, rotor, stator and clutch being ordered.; ordrng 1 W11393685 (gearcase) and 1 W10754158 (motor stator) and 1 W10754448 (clutch) and 1 W10754161 (motor rotor) and 1 look (look)"

Cx complaint of unit not cooling. Did confirm and found start device unplugged. Reseated connector and unit operates and prosuces a feost pattern.

"CX complaint unit is not dispensing water fast enough arrived today and inspected unit and could not verify the issue. Remove filter and tested dispenser and unit filled up 1 cup of water before eight seconds as stated in the owners manual. I did, however find that with the water filter in the dispensing of water slowed down to about 16 seconds to fill one cup. Removed water filter and shook filter up to break up anything inside a filter reinstalled filter and found water flow was much faster and filled one cop up within 12 seconds. Water filter could be bad causing flow to be slower but is within specifications. Unit is working as designed job complete."

Units lock and bezel are damaged and hanging in the drum.; ordrng 1 W11394572 (Lock) and 1 W11545554 (Bezel)

checked unit. found noise coming from cabin vibrating from loose screws at the rear cover. tightened screws. tested unit working as designed

Customer complaint is the unit will run for hours on end. Customer stated that the first time he realizes it ran from 9:00 at night to 6:00 in the morning and the customer has to stop the cycle. He then said that he had multiple cycles after that do the same thing. customer stated this just started caring about a month ago. I put unit into diagnostics and found 6-6 inlet cold water temperature. That was the only area code that I had. I could hear something in the dream pump I removed. Optic water indicator almost looks brand new. I ran auto test mode. Unit ran through all of the test mode and the heater element turned on and got hot. I could hear water sizzling off of the heater element when I opened the door and move the top rack. You did not display any error codes after. I called tech line and documented what I found with the unit. Decline stated if they had cold in the water temperature that this unit is known to run for hours on end. Tech line had me check water temperature at sink. I had a cup of water with hot water running into the cup and my thermal coupler was running.. tech line advise me to have the customer Purge hot water at the sink and to raise water temperature at the water heater. I documented this was Whirlpool they gave me an Sr number. I left file number with customer and buy some of this and gave them an option of replacing control board or waiting to see if the dishwasher will work after today's visit do you want to circumstances of the inlet water temperature to see if that would help.

Cx complaint unit is not working properly inspected unit removed and replaced the shifter and capacitor tested and inspected for proper use unit now functions Normally

Cx complaint is unit not heating. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found the hi limit to be OL. Replaced Hi limit tco and unit does not not start now. Had 105VAC on L1 and 135VAC on L2 after plugging power cord back in. Any time a load is introduced the voltage drops. Tried switching l1 and l2 and it made no difference. Called WPTL to document findings. Cx needs an electrician to resolve power supply issue. Job is complete.

Removed and replaced the valve and pump hose tested for proper use unit now functions Normally
