cx complaint that unit had leaked so much that it completley filled the icebin with water and overflowed the fc ection and ran out.. when arrived cx had water off to unit. and hasnt leaked since.i found no issues with drain pan cracked etc being no leaks since it hasnt since water off. i also removed evap covered and poured water down drain port is NOT clogged iturned water back on and filled cups of water no leaks 30 mins of that and leaving on.. i tried to jump icemaker to vierfy the valve could be stuck filling icemaker. i found icemakr wont turn at all.. i would ilke to order icemaker and charge accordinlgy if needed and same with valve informed cx on that situation and cx paid 120.o00 service and if icemaker and valve are issue cx will pay after repair.; ordrng 1 W10886939 (icemaker)

"cx complaint the unit is not cooling like it should. checked the unit and found that the evap cover was off already and the coil was frosted over. checked the heater and heater passed but the thermistor was reading 1.3k ohhms covered in ice. shows signs of a thermistor failure. tested the compressor and running at 1.4 amps. tested the heater and heater melted all ice off of the coil. therefore, the control will send power to the heater but the thermistor failure has made it think it is warm inside so never going into defrost. unit needs a new thermistor. quoted cx for repair. cx agreed with quote. replaced the thermistor. tested operation.; ordrng 1 WPW10383615 (thermistor ar vs), used 1 WPW10383615 (thermistor ar vs) from stock"
