"cx complaint is the RC section not cooling. confirmed complaint. RC is very warm. i found temps at 70 in RC, 2 in FC. i found baffle door is open but i dont feel any air blowing through. inspected evap and found it had hard ice in the upper right corner and heavy frost on tthe front and top of evap but no ice or frost on the rest. i melted it all and let unit run. the top few rungs of the evap developed some frost. ran compressor test. found the comprssor took several attempts to start running. it would click, draw 9-12amps then cycle off. after a few tries it started running. comprssor is pulling 1.9amps and is hot to the touch. i believe unit has a SS issue causing poor cooling. quoted cx for a new compressor. they paid for all but labor, will pay 350 for labor on return. scheudl when av; ordrng 1 W10160407 (compressor) and 1 WPW10143759VP (drier-uv -)"

"Customer complaint unit makes noises that she has never heard on previous unit. Arrived today and inspected unit found no error codes present in unit ran diagnostic cycle during cycle. Everything sounded perfect but during agitation I could hear some type of grinding noise inspected wash plates, and could see coins stuck between the wash plates and tub. Removed wash plate and removed a few coins reinstalled wash plate and tested unit, no longer here grinding noise, factory calibrated this unit and explained to customer how unit works do unit is working as intended. Apparently this is happened before for this customer where we could not remove the unit. I had attempted everything I could to lift The foot from the flooring but cannot turn due to a foot being stuck on the floor and about 1 inch deep. "CX complaint unit stops during cycle and shows AF (airflow) on display. Resistance reading onexhaust thermistor 11kohm at room temp (good) same reading from control and from thermistor, Ran a timed dry cycle, the temperature at the exhaust cicled between 158F and 126F. Tested the dryer by running 4 times and sensor dry cycle. 2 times with the vent disconnected, and the unit completed the cycles, and then 2 times with the vent connected, and both times the unit stopped showing AF message. Advised cx to get the vent properly inspected and cleaned. Collected $120"
