cx complaint is the unit not making ice after last repair. when i arrived unit was empty and the circulation pump was running with no water in the resiviour. i put unit in diagnostics and all thermistors passed. i ran the fill test and no water filled. i pulled unit forward slightly and the water began filling. supply line must have been pinched behind unit. last tech said supply line is very long and was kinked before. i put unit back in normal operation and it began filling on its own. the plate had a full frost pattern.

Checked compartment temperatures and found the freezer at 20 degrees and the fresh food compartment at 45, overtemp warning is going off. Compartment thermistors agree with manual readings. Rc average temp is 41, FC is 20. Found no visible ice build on the evaporator cover. Inspection of the FC evaporator found a ball of ice in the upper left corner and no frost below the top rung. "Customer complaint they could not change the setting on the timer after my previous visit. I had found plastic on timer had stripped out, causing unit to not be able to have time changed. Arrived today and disconnected power cord. Unit out to remove consul. Removed old timer and replaced with new as well as changed. Big knob. Reassembled unit and plug. Power back in tested unit unit is now heating properly and timer is sweeping correctly. Unit is now working as designed job complete"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dryer isn't Drying clothes. Checked the Terminal Block for voltage. L1 to N = 122.1 Volts. L2 to N = 122. 4 Volts. L1 to L2 = 244.8 Volts. I then checked the Heater Element. Found that the Red Harness to the Heater Element isn't plugged in. Harness Connector is loose. Tightened the Harness by crimping the Harness. Harness Wire will not back out. Started the Dryer. Unit is Heating & Cycling. Unit is working as Designed. ( Please see Sd Pictures if any questions.)

"cx complaint unit not spinning clothes out , checked unit and found no error codes , tested in test 12 and everything passed , put 4 big towels into unit wet and tested once more unit never got to high spin and just kept sensing ordering control and motor for repair also shocks making a little bit of noise so i will be odering them also just incase . unit is on a pedestal and will need 2nd tech to properly uninstall unit to me able to replace control and motor with out damge to property or injury to tech . ordering all parts for repair .; ordrng 1 W11354541 (motor) and 1 W11545322 (shocks) and 1 W11550649 (control)"
