Pulled unit into a 30 in vacuum and charged with 150 psi of nitrogen. Lost 2 psi in 20 minutes. Used bubbles on all joints and no bubbles. Contacted techline and spoke to Butch. Unit has a leak in the cabinet and is unrepairable. Whirlpool will reach out to cx for the next step no further work needed

Went under unit and found splutch assembly pulley Had come a little loose and was causing drag on splutch removed all parts and replaced splutch and belt removed. Wash plate and remove coins. Ran diagnostic cycle twice and sound is no longer there tested with customer. This unit was sitting on a drip pan but not all the way pan was smaller than unit and customer is aware unit is now working as designed job complete;"

"cx complaint unit cooled for one day and then she loaded unit and found the next day ice cream was soft. inspected unit and found unit was unplugged. I plugged unit in and hooked up gauges up and found 25 in vacuum on low side and 25 psi high side. I then evacuated system and charged it with 140psi of nitrogen. I found with in the first 5 mins I lost about 6 psi, in 25 mins. i then removed evap cover and swabbed all joints with megabubbles and found no bubbles were produced. called TL was told unit is unrepairable. unit to be set to engineer to see if it will get exchanged. once WP comes up with results they will inform me. I can then inform Cx.; saved tckt"

"cx complaint unit not spinning clothes out. inspected unit and verified complaint. cx said another company came out and he said he replaced the hub but cx doesnt believe him because unit still had same problem after he left. found unit is shifting but hub is stripped out. tried to replace hub from v/s but the retainer was seized and broke trying to get it out. last time i had a retainer break while pulling it out, the new one also broke while putting it in so i had to use one from my v/s so my v/s hub is missing the retainer. ordering 2 hubs so we can try just putting in the retainer. if that one breaks while putting it in then we will need to replace gearcase, so also ordering gearcase and splutch. all parts in stock, call cx to schedule 2ct return visit once we approval from contract; ordrng 1 W11454734 (gearcase) and 1 W10721967 (splutch) and 2 W10528947 (hub)s and 1 WP8533953 (hub screw)"

I'm getting 23.8 Degrees in the Freezer. Compressor is supper Hot to the touch. Unit will need the Compressor = W11578205, Couplers = W11504431, W11504415, W11506621 & Access Valve = W11506635 / Drier = W10805035, W11504445 & W11506623. If the cx calls back order all parts. Don't go without parts.( Cx will call Whirlpool to replace the unit. Cx do not want to continue with repairs. Cx also has floor Damages due to installers. Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer is Leaking Water from the Drain House at the Stand Pipe. I then ran a Normal Cycle on the unit. After the Water filled the Tub I then hit the power button to Drain all Water from the unit. Water is draining from the unit. Stand Pipe started to back up and over flow. No cracks in the Drain Hose. ( Cx stated that the old Washer was going the same thing. Cx also stated that a plumber told her that the Drain Hose is making the Stand Pipe over flow with Water. ) I did remove the Drain Hose into a bucket while the unit was Draining to show the cx that the Drain Hose isn't damaged. Cx will need a 2nd opinion from a another plumber. Please make sure cx has a plumber recipe. Unit is working as Designed. (Any questions please check Sd Pictures.)

Found burner cap worn down and deosn't stay secure to the head causing gas to escape and not ignite. All other burners ignite.
