"cx complaint same grinding noise came back. cx said previous repair helped for 2weeks then noise came back. cx said noise usually start after 5min of running unit. inspected blower wheel because that is usually cause of delayed noise but that looks good. i did find a rock in blower wheel housing. put unit back together and ran unit for 15min, no unusual noises. unable to recreate issue at this time. advised cx that if noise comes back, to try and get it on video and have unit running 10min before we get here if we have to come back. advised cx service call is still covered for 5 more days if noise does come back. unit is working properly at this time"
