"Cx complaint noise and burning smell during cooking.Tested unit, confirmed loud noise from high voltage circuit. Removed control panel and grid, found unit full of oil inside and melted diode with signs of burning fire all around. Capacitor ok (1.05nF). Replaced diode, but the unit made the same noise and the filter board fuse blown. Quoted repair $586.63 with $125 labor for diode W11256462, transformer W10836753, magnetron WPW10693025 and W10138793 fuse replacement. Cx declined. Called Whirlpool Safety and documented everything; ordrng 1 W11256462 (diode) and 1 W10836753 (transformer) and 1 WPW10693025 (magnetron) and 1 W10138793 (fuse)"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer is giving an error code. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error codes are F1E1 = Ccu failure & F6E0 Motor Control Failure. Cleared both codes in the Service Diagnostics. I then tried to start a Service Test on the unit. Both Codes popped back up. Unit will need the Ccu Control Board = W10427967 & Motor Control Board = Wpw10374126. Cx stated they will buy another unit. Cx paid for the Service Call Only by Card. If the cx calls back order both parts and don't go without parts.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer timer will not move / lower water in the Tub Section / Inner Light is not working inside of the Washer. Checked all cycles of the Washer Timer. Washer Timer is moving on all cycles. Timer could of stalled for the cx one time. Checked the Water Level. Water is Dispensing on Hot & Cold Water. Checked the Tub after it filled. Water is at the correct hight. I then checked the light bulb. Bulb has blew. Cx then stated that the Fabric Softener was not flushing out. Checked the Fabric Softener and it was clogged. Removed the clog. Cx paid for the Service Call Only by Card. Cx wants to think about the repair for the Timer = WP22002452.
