Customer complaint unit is having a burning smell. I tested the unit and the unit is heating and spinning. I could not gett a smell from inside the unit. I looke at the therminal block and is good. While in the back i can hear and smell coming from the outlet. I tried pulling the cord and is welded together. I ran the unit agian and i can hear the plug arching. I was able to pulled the plug and on the left prone was melting and pulled outlet and found the oule has failed and needs replacing. I adviced the customer to replace the oulet with an electrcian. CX complaint FRIDGE not cooling. Water drain issue in RC. Arrived at address & found unit in garage unplugged. Previous tech stated unit pulls almost 3A. Pulled RC evap cover to confirm grommet is pinched jammed close. Plug unit to killawatt & started compressor test 5 - 1 100%. over 10X while working on drain issue. Compressor starts up everytime. AVG 2 to 2.5A which for an R600 system is good. Cut out blocked grommet & drain. Install new grommet & used silicone sealant around gaps. Test good drain - have 3 vidoes water drains completely. Called office to schedule datalogger > JJ; saved tckt
