"CX complaint unit randomly gets warmer on both compartments, but today is working. Crack on Fc liner.Found Fc at 12F and Rc at 45. During testing I heard the compressor overload tripping. Tested compressor by using a clamp meeter, found randomly dragging 14A, dropping to 9A and tripping the overload. Confirmed crack on bottom of Fc liner. I advised cx that a cosmetic issue cannot by covered by an AIG contract, I offered to fill the crack with white RTF, but she didn't want to. Called VIA SS tech support, I was advised to order compresor, drier and evap. "Cx complaint is that the dryer is not heating. Upon arrival I found that the dryer is turning on and spinning but is not heating. I found that the unit is getting good air flow. I removed the rear cover and tested the tco (.6 Ohms), Element (10.0 Ohms) and the thermostat (.6 Ohms). I then plugged the unit back in and checked voltages. When I started the cycle the unit began heating. I inspected all of the connectors and found that they are all secure. Unit is now functioning as intended. Job complete"

"cx complaint unit still giving h2o and f8e4 errors. cx still within 30days of prior visit. upon arrival noticed previous tech didnt charge labor. inspected unit and verified complaint. f8e1 f9e2 f8e4 fae2 errors stored. water coming from left side of drip tray. cx said they ran quick wash when it gave h2o error, then cx restarted cycle and it gave f8e4. first test cycle i ran completed fine, no leaks. 2nd test cycle gave h2o error within a minute of starting cycle. tried quick wash still giving h2o error. seems that issue is bad amp draw of sump asm since it also has f9e2 error. still doesnt explain leak tho. noticed streaks inside door on left side by screw holes. ordering sump, inner door, hinges, top+bottom seals, tub gasket and water inlet asm. changed labor due to 130; ordrng 1 W11483553 (tub gasket) and 1 W11559689 (inner door) and 1 W11664713 (bottom door seal) and 1 W11412696 (top door seal) and 1 W11460945 (sump asm) and 1 W11573703 (LH hinge) and 1 W11573702 (RH hinge)"

cx complaint unit is not making ice. I first took a FC temp and found 6 degrees. cx did just put fresh food in FC before I got there. some meats were not frozen. ran test 56 and found E2 ( motor lost postion). ran test 36 and found ice box fan did come on. test 57 I found after unit tried to move IM it was not successful diplaying a 02. i then ran test 45 and foubd IM did not fill but valve could be heard. I removed IM and found fill tube was frozen. I ran test 19 and found 122.4vac to heater. I found heater did get hot. test 45 was successful after tube was cleared. unit needs IM. qouted cx for repair and cx accepted. cx paid in full. advised cx IM is in a BO status. called TC and was told there was no ETA. cx says they will wait it out. once in please call and set up return date; ordrng 1 W11658802 (ice maker)

Cx complaint is that the FC door is not sealing and the bottom of the gasket does not stay in place. Upon arrival I found that the gasket was pulled away from the cabinet along the top. I was able to get the gasket reshaped to seal properly there. I found that the track at the bottom of the door is narrow towards the center and the gasket will not press into the track. I am ordering the FC door and nameplate. I informed the cx that the door will ship directly to the cx. Cx complaint is that the unit is making a loud squeeling noise. Upon arrival I found that the unit was currently in a spin cycle and I could hear that the bearings are beginning to fail. I had the cx removed the clothes and restarted the spin cycle and found that the belt is slipping accounting for the squealing noise. I then tipped the unit back and found that the gear case is leaking oil as well.
