came out to resolve the issue. replaced the elmenet and tested the unit. unit says is tough to open/close. checked the unit and found that the rails are smooth for the first potion but the second portion of the rails is harder to move. ordering a new drawer and rails to resolve the issue. then the breaker tripped. checked unit again and found no shorted wires or a shorted element. called techline. was told to order a new element and a harness to resolve the issue. cx is unhappy with the unit. will return once the parts come in.; ordrng 1 WP9763645 (drawer) and 1 WPW10188461 (slide rails) and 1 9762343 (element) and 1 W10129043 (harness)

cx complaint is the unit making a gargling noise. cx said MC appliance replaced the compressor and evap and that when the noise started. when i arrived unit was making the noise. sounds like its from rear or bottom of unit. unit is set to recomended. my prob shows 35/1. i pulled unit out and inspected. i found everything looks fine. compressor is pulling .9amps. i tried adjusting the drier to see if it changed but it didnt help. noise seems to be coming from the evap. i found no UV dye in FC but did find frost build up on FC rails. door is sticking open at times and is hard to push shut. unit will need a new evap and FC rails. ordering parts. scheudle when available.; ordrng 1 WPW10608485 (evaporator) and 1 WPW10143759 (dryer) and 1 W10625067 (bracket) and 1 W10625068 (bracket)

Customer complaint unit stopped cooling arrive today and verified complaint. Also found that pantry UI is out as well as LED lights are flickering inspected evaporator and found no frost pattern on freezer evaporator and none on refrigerator evaporator disconnected power and plugged back in compressor is ramped at 100% the whole time trying to cool temperature was down to -5° in freezer and 33 in refrigerator. Called SD and explained the situation and he had stated everything that was needed. explain to customer everything with that was needed and they had stated that they are not going to even worry about it and go ahead and purchase a new unit. I explained that the sealed system parts were covered but nothing else was. Collected $120 for service call job complete
