"cx complaint unit still giving h2o and f8e4 errors. cx still within 30days of prior visit. upon arrival noticed previous tech didnt charge labor. inspected unit and verified complaint. f8e1 f9e2 f8e4 fae2 errors stored. water coming from left side of drip tray. cx said they ran quick wash when it gave h2o error, then cx restarted cycle and it gave f8e4. first test cycle i ran completed fine, no leaks. 2nd test cycle gave h2o error within a minute of starting cycle. tried quick wash still giving h2o error. seems that issue is bad amp draw of sump asm since it also has f9e2 error. still doesnt explain leak tho. noticed streaks inside door on left side by screw holes. ordering sump, inner door, hinges, top+bottom seals, tub gasket and water inlet asm. changed labor due to 130; ordrng 1 W11483553 (tub gasket) and 1 W11559689 (inner door) and 1 W11664713 (bottom door seal) and 1 W11412696 (top door seal) and 1 W11460945 (sump asm) and 1 W11573703 (LH hinge) and 1 W11573702 (RH hinge)"

"CX complaint unit randomly gets warmer on both compartments, but today is working. Crack on Fc liner.Found Fc at 12F and Rc at 45. During testing I heard the compressor overload tripping. Tested compressor by using a clamp meeter, found randomly dragging 14A, dropping to 9A and tripping the overload. Confirmed crack on bottom of Fc liner. I advised cx that a cosmetic issue cannot by covered by an AIG contract, I offered to fill the crack with white RTF, but she didn't want to. Called VIA SS tech support, I was advised to order compresor, drier and evap. Cx complaint is that the slides in the FC have frost built up causing them to not onpe and close proerly. Upon arrival I found that the door is sealing properly the entire way around. I then inspected the RC doors and found that they are sealing as well. i noticed that the inner liner and the outer cabinet has a small gap in the corners. i applied silicone sealant to the gap. Unit is now functioning as intended. Job complete

customer compalint unit sounds like a machine gun when dispensing water also one of the water vavles he replaced is leaking. I tested the unit an found the has a aftermarket filter. Replaced the filter and the unit stopped making noises. We installed a new filter and the unit is not making noises anymore. Looks like is just the filter but it maybe something wrong with the filter housing. I checked the vavle and found the hose did not have a straight vut . Trimmed the hose and tested. Unit is not leaking anymore. Quoted for valve if it start leaking again it will need new vavle and if the noise comes back they will need filter housing. WPW10394053 housing.

"Customer complaint broil will ignite, but will not heat up arrive today and verify complaint found when broil is turned on after two clicks ignite, but only lights a quarter of the way down. After letting it sit, it lit the whole thing, but only have very little bit of flame coming out of the spreader. Disassembled unit and checked orifice since this did have an LP conversion kit I wanted to make sure the orifce was correct which it was 090. Make sure there was no clogs and everything was flowing properly. Bake work correctly as well as the stove top. spoke with MR and MM and we decided to order a pressure regulator. Adjusted all burner flames because they were too high on low when reassembling unit I have found that bake parts were not installed properly installed all parts and tested unit and broil does not still light correctly ordering parts for return visit and will return when they arrive. ; ordrng 1 W11449506 (Pressure regulator)"
