"CX complaint: water in pan and unit throwing codes inspected unit, confirmed F8E2 and F3E1 for water level fault and dispenser motor fault. Took top off and inspected dispenser motor, found motor reading open and camp assemblies corroded. then checked drain hose and found drain hose had backup from stand pipe. pulled drain pipe out of wall and confirmed same nasty debris was at end and inside hose. Unit is syphoning water from drain possible clog in stand pipe. advised CX to consult plummer for standpipe issue and call us back within the 30 day period if he wants to pay and order parts for repair. left quote with cx and moved on."

"cx complaint RH rc door self closure not working correctly and hinge is making a clicking noise. inspected unit and verified complaint. cx said self closure got better since unit was installed, they used to have to push door closed all the way but now it does close on its own but still have to close the door more than the left door before self closure activates. took top hinge cover off and clicking noise stopped. adjusted self closure hinge and cx agrees it feels better now. had to put a little grease inside top hinge cover to get clicking to stop. unit is now working properly"

"I was able to access and replace the RC ceiling LEDs and the FC LED's from Technical Service Pointer #: W11606409 and found the LED's still would not light. I accessed the LED driver board and found the propper 120V's to the board and then checked out going DC voltage and found 16.80 V's DC . I called WP Tech Line and explained my findings. I am ordering 1 LED / Inverter board (W11368839) and am reorderign 1 LED 3 pack (W11632139) due to DC voltage. Returning tech to start with LED board , check voltage then LED's if LED 's still do not light. Once the parts are avalible, please have someone form the office call to set a return date.; ordrng 1 W11368839 (LED/Inverter board) and 1 W11632139 (LED MODs 3 pack (RO))"

Cx complaint is that the fan is broken. Upon arrival I found that the fan has failed and had 3 of the 5 blades separate. I also found that the Pre Id'd fan has damage on it as well. It has one blade broken off and another that is spidered. I am reordering the fan. I also found that the filter latches are faulty and not able to hold the filters in place. It allowed the filters to drop and they are now bent and do not seat in the hood. I am ordering the latches and filters. Looked at the rear of the unit to check Drain Hose & Duck Build. Duck Build is clogged with Dust. Removed all Dust. Cut the Duck Build so it will not clog any more. "CX complaint: agitater moving slow and agitater cap doesnt stay on. Tested and verified complaint. F7E1 error code. I diag, agitate was working properly. It looks like a washer and a quarter may have stacked in the space around washplate and caused too much resistance for agitater to turn properly. Also, agitater cap is not locking on as tight as normal which is causing cap to fall off into the wash load. Ordering cap and agitater (just in case new cap doesnt lock on like normal). "F5E3 lid unlock fault, F2E1 stuck key. Customer complaint unit is not starting and is bangin on the sides. tested unit and found the unit is starting and able to get in diagnostics. Found lock error and lid lock. I then ran diagnostics. The unit is completing test cycle and on spin the unit is shaking a lot. I could smell oil. I looked unider and the unit is leaking oil and is getting all over the belt and splutch. The basket is out of round. And the unit will need a hub and suspension. Only the basket is covered by ten yars. Quoted customer for repair owes 839.19 if they call back. Customer complaint unit is not hot enough while baking. I tested unit and found the unit is averigng about 343 degrees when set on 350. Calibrated the unit to be 10 over. Tested unit and now the unit is reaching and average of 355. Unit is back to normal operations.
