cx complaint is unit still tears towels when washing them. she checks after wash tp make sure its not the dryer and says its the washer thats doing it. drum and everything smooth and wash plate and aggitator replaced. cx had video and pictures of things in unit all twisted toghted in knots and wrapped around shaft.no codes found. called tech line and spoke to Butch and ran through tests and checks and went over unit. advised about running issues as well as loading issues and went over unit with cx. advised cx to drop things down and around as she was wrapping towel around as well as proper settings as well. she said only white towels do this and dark ones dont. clutch and slidder might be needed. cx trying a few cycles and will call back if needed.
