rpelaced the control and ui together then programmed control to oven and tested bake and starts eating good then gives error code f8e0 for cooling fan. i tested unit again and gave error again fan is running when it gives error. i then pulled unit out and unplugged oven and looked over cooling fan to find the red wire to fan is broken snapped pics. fixed wire put unit back together and tested bake at 325 and reached temps then i let oven cycle for 20 minutes and no errors returned and oven is working good. unit is good to go

Was able to access unit and removed cooktop to find that the front insulation had melted to the cooktop. All wires checked fine. Used soapy bubbles and checked all tubes, connections and inlets and outlets and no bubbles or signs of leaks.. Replaced the cooktop and tested all burners unable to replicate any issues. Unplugged unit and shut gas back off. Cx doesnt feel safe having unit in the home. Contacted safety. cx is to reach out for resolution"

"cx complaint unit keeps not completing cycle and gives a LF. inspected unit and found unit at the time was in a cycle and was showing the LF. i canceled cycle and entered diag and found f8e1, f0e2, f9e1. i ran test 12 and found unit did finish with out issue. i ran each valve manully and found they were good. I removed hoses from unit and found good incoming water pressure. i then ran a quick wash found suds when unit was in a rinse cycle. called TL, TL recommended running a clean cycle with affresh and only running 2 table spoons of detergent. unit checks good."

"CX compalint is that the unit is diplaing a FAE4 error code. I also found FAE2 and F8E4 in diag. I inspected the float pan and found water in pan. I edjucated CX on the effects of using Dawn dish soap in the unit. I attempted to run 2 auot test and a normal cycle and unit would dispaly a FAE4 error on all test and normal cycles. I am ordering 1 Sump & motor (W11680075). Please note that this is a new part number that was located on Parts Portal with assistance from MR. Once the part is avalible, please have someone form teh office call to set a return date. Returning tech should reinterate with CX the effects of using Dawn and the use of clean cycles with white vinage to help remove suds.; ordrng 1 W11680075 (Sump & motor (new part found on Parts portal ).)"

I removed the filter and found that the pressure is still low. I found tha the dual valve is making a grinding sound as it opperates. I also found a small leak at the inlet vlave. "CX complains unit is making loud grinding noise at end of cycle. Found unit to show f0e7-load detected during clean washer cycle error. Ran unit through diagnostic testing, found unit to be making metalic noise from under washplate. Was able to remove washplate and remove debris from under washplate which had caused failure on the washplate, spin basket and drain pump. Unit will need washplate, spin basket, drain pump, slider, and rotor for repair. "Cx complaint is that the unit is shutting off and showing an F5 error. Upon arrival I found that the unit was unplugged. I repowered the unit and found that it immediately flashed an F5 but then shuts down before the other segment shows. I attempted to enter diag and power the unit on and it is overloading and shutting off after about 2 seconds. I am ordering the control, console, lid latch and drain pump. Cx complaint is the unit is not draining. Upon arrival I found that there was water in the unit and it has an F9E1 and an F3E2. I manually started the drain and the unit began draining immediately and was able to drain completely. I then ran the diag test and found that the unit was functioning as intended. I found that the F3E2 error cade reappeared. I inspected the sensor. I am ordering the OWI and control and the unit is within the range for SP. I am also ordering the element.
