cx complaint unit stops mid cycle. cx had the unit in the stopped state when i arrived. unit was on spin and the unit was sitting doing nothing. I canceled cycle and entered diag and found f8e1. cleared code and ran manual water dipsensing and found both hot and cold water was dispensing slowly. if the unit takes longer then 8-10 mins to fill unit will time out and stop cycle. replaced inlet valve and actuator found now dispenses as design. can a quick wash and found when unit was draining to go into a spin it never stopped draining. called TL to report finding. unit needs control due to a pressure related issue. once part is approved please reach out to cx and set up a return visit. qad; ordrng 1 W11608058 (control)

"cx complaint unti is not making ice anymore stopped last week she had freeezer door open house is humid. inspected unit and checked temps freezer is 15 but cx had the door open fridge is 38. checked ice maker for blockages and end of arm that goes up and down had a small chunk of ice on it ice in muld. ran diagnostic on ice maker dopped the cubes and passd, then filled ice maker and filled with water. ice maker isnt working on normal opps. ordering ice maker for return. i tried to infomr cx but she is not answering i called her and had office call but no answer. she also has workers here so i let them know i was leaving part is in stock; ordrng 1 W10873791 (icemaker)"

"cx complaint unit is shaking/vibrating reallly bad when spinning said it used to work good. inspected unit outlet power is good but is on breaker outlet. checked for error codes and had none, ran service cycle everything sounds good besides when shifting it sounds kinda ruff. checked iunder unitnremoved cover and found some plastic shaving from splutch. grbbed pre id part splutch and shifter eplaced both and ran sevice cycle again and when shifting now sounds better. ran drain and spin and unit is not shaking or vibrating showed cx. also went over use an care with cx on loading and not to use normal cycle for everyload. unit is good to go"

He had found this unit needed a new thermostat and a thermal fuse fix kit due to a service pointer arrived today and found powered off on unit pulled unit out and replaced all parts at previous tech and stated reassembled unit and placed back in cabinet tested unit unit is now working. Preheat an oven to 350 unit heated and fan kicked on after turning unit off. Unit is now working as designed job complete

Entered diagnostic mode, no saved errors, ran auto test, completed with no errors, detergent pump did cycle during test. Ran manual test 10, pump cycled but wasn't pulling any detergent from dispenser, dispenser was just replaced by cx so no blockages in dispenser. Installed new detergent pump, tested, pump now cycles and pumps detergent through lines. Unit is now working properly."

"Cx complaint cooling not up to expectations. Cx believes that the temperatures in both compartments are too high in spite of changing temps, Cx would like unit 35F-38F in RC and below 0F in FC. Temp was 38in rc and 10 in fc then cx changed airflow and it went to 42F in fc and 2F in Rc. Cx had icecream frozen but soft.Using thermocoupler found product temperature of 39F in RC but cx had nothing in freezer but evap had full frost pattern and fan was working. Believed to be a cx issue contacted techline spoke to Rob. Unit is operating as designed no further work needed"

"cx complaint is the ice dispensor not working proeprly. cx tried getting crushed ice and it gave her 2 full cubes and another time it jammed and nothing came out. i tried dispensing crushed ice and it gave a few chips then the auger got bound up and stopped turning. unit is set to recomended temps. prob shows 39/4. i removed the ice bin. cubes look fine but auger is jammed. i dumped ice out and found some cubes frozen inside the mouth of the ice bin. ice bin and ice chute in door have frost in them, air may be getting in and causing cubes to freeze together and get stuck. i cleared frost and stuck cubes from bin and poured good cubes back in and tested, it dispensed properly. issues must be cubes getting frozen in place due to air. ordering seperator and ice chute seal. schedule when parts; ordrng 1 WPW10353552 (separator) and 1 WPW10287601 (seal)"
