Removed evap cover to find perfect frost pattern. Put icemaker through harvest and fill no issues and bin 1/4 way full. Cx hasnt filled freezer with items yet and without product cant maintain temp. Contacted techline and spoke to Rich Load unit and give 72 hrs. Before calling back out and must leave items in unit to get temps. Unit is operating as designed just not loaded to help with temps. No further work needed

CX complaint door gasket has became frayed. Arrived today inspected unit and verified complaint. Went to remove gasket and found that this gasket is glued down with adhesive. Adhesive was not sent with this gasket and will have to order for a return visit. That way we can install gasket properly. We have came out before and replace gasket. I am not sure if it was done correctly or if any old glue was removed. Cx complaint is that the unit is not starting a cycle and is humming when it attempts to. Upon arrival I found no error codes. i then attempted to run the manual spin and found that the drain pump activated and then I heard the humming noise. I also attempted the agitation and same noise. I then ran the toggle shifter and found that the shifter is making the noise. I am ordering the shifter. And will use the capacitor on return if needed. F0E5 Off balance load. Customer stated taht the unit was repalce by a new one. The new one worked fine for like 6 months and then starting acting the same way as the old one. Stopping in the middle of the cycle the unit not turning on or turning on and off by itself. When running a quick cycle the unit kept asking every 2 min Do you want to cancel cycle. Called techline this is an PEX unit. And they told me to check if unit is isulated from other devices. I found the customer has a double breaker to the outlet upstairs. Customer needs eletrician to fix breaekr to a single breaekr. Unit is good.

CX concerns where that the unit would not start a wash cycle. Elderly CX just replaced a TL unit after 25 years and is not sure of opperation in her new unit. I was able to edjucate CX on the sensing opptions and how her new HE unit opperates. I was able to enter diag and foun d no error codes and ran a auto test. I then had CX load the unit and select a cycle and started . UNit is opperating as designed. CX instruct completed. Unit is with in the 1st 30days of ownership.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that Refrigerator isn't cooling. Checked the Freezer. Freezer is Iced over. Checked the Thermistor. I'm getting 9.2 Ohms. I then removed all Frost / Ice. Checked the Heater Element. I'm getting 88.1 Ohms. Brown wire harness has backed out. Fixed the Harness and Taped the harness connectors. Checked the Frost Pattern on the Evaporator once I turned the unit back on. ( Advised the cx to not pack the freezer the way they did. Explained to leave the back wall clear with 1 inch Gap. Also explained to leave Damper Control section free with 3 inch all the way around. So good will not freeze.) Unit is working as Designed. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures.)
