Found that the Compressor is really hot and you can't keep your hand on it. Hit the over Temperature button. Compressor started and condenser fan motor started to run. Cx states that they want to think about the repair. ( Unit is a built-in refrigerator will need 2 Techs. 2 count Seal System if the cx calls back. ) Cx paid in full by Card for Service call only. Compressor = W10841139, Drier = WPW10143759 & Access Valve = W11506635. Cx also want two Door Seals WP2266901 & WP2266903. ( Didn't put in quotes because cx stated this as I was walking out of the house.)"

I filled the unit with 140psi of nitrogen and found a leak at the discharge line to the compressor. repaired leak and found the unit held a 30 in vacuum for 25 mins. filled unit with 64g of R600A. called TL to report finding. unit now checks good.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dishwasher isn't Heating. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error Codes are F7E1 = No Heat. Checked the Heater Element. Heater Element is fully plugged in. I then ran Service Test on the unit. Sump Motor is only running on the lower rack section. When Sump Motor tries to run on the upper / middle racks the Sump Motor will not run. Unit will need Sump Motor = WPW10605057. Cx only paid for the Service Call Only by Card. Cx is paid in full. If the cx calls back order the Sump Motor. Don't go without parts.

Thermistor reads 10.2k ohms when covered in frost, Found unit e,vap fan was unplugged, was able to reseat plug to get it to lock and unit fan began running and unit began cooling, Found unit heater was on and this is why unit has half frost pattern on arrival. Unit appears to be cooling as normal. No further work needed. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED."

"cx complaint the unit is not making ice. checked the unit and found that the amp draw for compressor was at 2.3 and the low side pressure was at 2. ss seems to be running as designed. ice is made just very thin before the unit shuts down and starts to harvest. then the harvest melts the ice prior to it making it into the bin. therefore, the unit needs a new harness since the thermistor is telling the unit to harvest too early. if the unit allowed the compressor to cool longer the ice would be thicker and actually create a full sheet of ice.; ordrng 1 W11126268 (harness wire)"

"cx complaint is the ice dispensor not working proeprly. cx tried getting crushed ice and it gave her 2 full cubes and another time it jammed and nothing came out. i tried dispensing crushed ice and it gave a few chips then the auger got bound up and stopped turning. unit is set to recomended temps. prob shows 39/4. i removed the ice bin. cubes look fine but auger is jammed. i dumped ice out and found some cubes frozen inside the mouth of the ice bin. ice bin and ice chute in door have frost in them, air may be getting in and causing cubes to freeze together and get stuck. i cleared frost and stuck cubes from bin and poured good cubes back in and tested, it dispensed properly. issues must be cubes getting frozen in place due to air. ordering seperator and ice chute seal. schedule when parts; ordrng 1 WPW10353552 (separator) and 1 WPW10287601 (seal)"
