cx has a few issues with unit and drying and settings on unit and unit running. no codes found in unit. ran a factory cycle and first time unit ran 3 sec and shut off. ran again and cycle went through. had a big wet towel in unit on timed dry to try that and check temps. unit ranges from 123 low and 176 hight and set on high. ran multiple tests on unit with wet paper towelas well. unit is running and heating but not hitting high temps as we as picking up moisture as wempty with wet towel it went into cool down after a few min but not every time.she also said at times unit wont come on and they unplug unit for a bit to get it to work. will order parts needed and office will schedule.; ordrng 1 W11618917 (control) and 1 WPW10298258 (Harness) and 1 W11413567 (Fascia)

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer Dispenser Trey is full of Water at the end of the cycle. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error codes are F2E1 = Stuck Key. Ran Key Activation Test on the unit. All Keys passed the Test. I then ran Service Test 51 on the unit. At the end of the Test the Dispenser Trey was full of Water. Installed new Dispenser Trey reran the Test. Dispenser is clear only a little bit of water. I advised the cx that only a little bit of water is Normal. Unit is working as Designed. If the cx calls back order the Water Inlet Valve = W11165546. Don't go without parts.

"Cx comnplaint LF burner not lighting properly, LF grate broken. Tested burner, found the igniter sparking on a side, delay on lighting and gas odor. Adjusted burner by loosing the screws anf slightly turning it torward the left. Testred the burner again several times, it worked as designed. Confirmed crack on center part of the LF grate. Customer complaint inside of unit is leaking water after previous tech visit he had found water was leaking at water valve that connected to filter head arrived today and verified complaint. Pulled unit out and turn water off disassembled unit to replace water valve and filter head. customer also had a drawer that was shipped from whirlpool that she had asked me to assemble and install which I did Tested unit unit has no more leaks reassembled unit and customer asked to leave unit on rollers just in case you ever need to clean behind it. "FAE5 Diverter leak detected, FAE2 vent dispenser, F8E4 overflow. Customer complaint unit is noisy and is displaying error codes. I tested the unit and found the unit is making loud noises when it the sump is getting energized becaus there is not water pump is spinning dry. I found the sump leaking. "CX complaint is no power on dryer. Onspected/tested and found 120/20240vac at outlet and terminal block. 120vac to control but nothing working. Lights will light up on UI as if it were running but control just clicks. Replaced control from pre-id and no change. You can get motor to activate briefly in diagnostics but it makes a loud gringing noise then shuts off. Ordering harness, motor and blower wheel. cx complaint unit stops mid cycle. cx had the unit in the stopped state when i arrived. unit was on spin and the unit was sitting doing nothing. I canceled cycle and entered diag and found f8e1. cleared code and ran manual water dipsensing and found both hot and cold water was dispensing slowly. if the unit takes longer then 8-10 mins to fill unit will time out and stop cycle. replaced inlet valve and actuator found now dispenses as design. can a quick wash and found when unit was draining to go into a spin it never stopped draining. called TL to report finding. unit needs control due to a pressure related issue. once part is approved please reach out to cx and set up a return visit. qad; ordrng 1 W11608058 (control)
