Found CX has bad install of drain line that goes from the side loop directly down through the floor into the basement. No soap pod at bottom of dispenser and unit will not automatically go into drain when motor fails to run. Informed CX that he needs to install a proper draining system under sink in order for unit to work properly. CX said he will fix that this weekend. Ordering sump/motor. Dispatcher read sticky note. "Customer complaint unit is making loud poping noises when they first use the unit but aftre that the unit works and heats fine. I tested unit and found the unit first heat cycle the popping noise started at the beginning and then it stopped but the item heated. I tried to replicat the issue but is cant. I unplugged the unit and wated sometime. Removed the front place and ran the unit and i can see something glowing in the back by the capacitor bit it did not short or popped but looks like the diode or capacitor is going bad. Could als be the transformer. Is har to tell the unit needs to come down to get access for diode and capacitor and transformer. Im ordering all the high voltafe side. Cap mag, diode and transformer. Need second tech to help me get the MW down. MW is to heavy for me.; ordrng 1 W10561770 (capactr-mg) and 1 W11465624 (Transformer) and 1 2tech (2 tech)"

"cx complaint unit giving f9e1 error and left lid locked. inspected unit and verified complaint. f9e1 and f2e1 errors stored. tried unlocking lid in component activation but didnt work. tried running drain pump but that wouldnt activate either. exited test mode and moved unit to have room to get back screws out to flip top panel up. as soon as i moved unit drain pump came on and drained rest of water out good then unlocked lid. must be broken wire to drain pump. cant see where its broken but noticed gearcase leaking oil. made sure washplate will come off. ordering gearcase, slider and lower harness. 2ct gearcase. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on parts; ordrng 1 W11449841 (gearcase) and 1 W10734521 (slider) and 1 W11568984 (lower harness)"

Got29.5 ohms(in range) 27-32 ohms according to tech sheet. then disconnected pump from harnass renergized and checked voltage at harnass when calling for drain. got 117v. degenergized then reconnected and renergized unit, then checked for voltage at drain pump when calling for it and got only 12.94v. I then removed the front panel and accesses the drain pump. I found that the catch tray in the pump was full of debris. i was able to clear the debris. I then tested the unit and found that it is now functioning as intended. Job complete.

"cx complaint fridge keeps turning off said outlets were looked at earlier this year and said she tried another outlet same thing so moved to another one today and has been working. inspected unit and is on and running and everything sounds good. tested the 2 outlets the shut unit down and were good. checke dover ll connection on control and rechecked outlets to find my plug iin is now showing hit ground and if i wiggle plug sometimes will show correct out wiring, this was happening only on both the outlets cx tried all others worked fine. i instructed cx to get an electrican to fix outlet issue. unit is good to go"
