cx showed me they opened the door and the light was off. they opened and closed the door hard and the light came on after. the unit has half a bin of ice. the buttons are working on the control. the door looks like it has been rubbing on the cabinet at the top left. put the unit into diagnostics and the thermistors check good the resivior fills to max then stops the recirc pump is flowing. the drain pump is flowing. the compressor and fan activate and the evaporator gets below 4.5f. the valve activates and warms above 4.5f. didnt find any loose connections around the control. think the door was just not fully able to close. shifted the unit to a correct position. the unit is now good

"unit pulled out with nothing under it prior to arrival. cx complaint lights out, no water or ice dispensing and unit not cooling. cx unplugged unit for 5min and plugged it back in and unit started cooling but its not cold enough in fz and still no lights, water or ice. inspected unit and verified complaint. unplugged pantry ui and lights and dispenser started working. found 2 broken wires in pantry harness. cx dumped the ice before it started melting so connectors in pantry door are still good. replaced pantry ui and harness. noticed both evaps are a little overfrosted, 3way valve is working now after replacing harness. advised cx to leave unit unplugged with doors open so evaps can defrost and unit can cool properly. cx understands. unit is now working properly"

Cx complaint is that the light over the range is staying on all the time. Upon arrival I found that the cx has removed the bulb so that it is not on constantly. I found that the bulb was an LED bulb and not incandecent. Cx had an incandecent bulb. I unplugged the unit and changed the bulb and found that the light is functioning as intended. Job complete

F1E! main control error. F8E1No fill long fill F3E1 Pressure system fault. I rant test cycle and the unit is completiung a test cycle but on quick wash the unit just drains and drains. i removed the control and the blow on the hose and is completly stuck. I checked the harness. And found the pressure hose was kinked i adjusted and secured away from the tub. Ran quick cuycle and now the unit is sensing and filling and moves into wash. In RC. temps are 37 at top shelf but 31 in drawers. FC was at -7 degrees. Temp settings both on 4 so i dropped them back to 2. CX informed me that he is occasionally hearing a groaning sound which i isolated to the damper. Suspected intermitant damper failure. Called WPTL and they helped me recalibrate the temp settings.
