I was unable to continur with troubleshooting since the unit was stacked in a small closet. cx complaint freezer isnt coolng again. inspected unit and found the evaporator is frozen over really bad again just like the other time bray scarf saw the same thing. i ran test 38 sh and heater sounds like its on but the 3 way valve wont stop ticking so called techline byt that time fridge moved outside and came unplugged so plugged back in and now only ui works no lights no motors so called techline to document told him whats going on and now fridge wont turn on and we unplugged all dc parts and no change he siad issue us in power supply allowing dcv items to get stuck i told cx i have to order parts and i have to listen what techline tells me. i told her to call her warrenty company and ask for a new unit bray amd scarf already changed all these parts.; ordrng 1 W10804160 (led control) and 1 WPW10624574 (control) and 1 WPW10675033 (control) and 1 W11429989 (solenoid)

Cx complaint is unit making a vibration noise during operation. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found the noise coming from the condensor. Cx had a video of noise and i could not get unit to make the noise as loud as the video but did hear it. Installed foam insulation and cardboard around condensor and verifed sound will not come back by touching all the lines and twisting cabinet. Unit is now working as designed. Job is complete.

"CX complaint was that the unti would not agitate. I flound that the washplate was loose . Once the cap was removed I fou d the wash plate to be damaged / fragmenting . I also found several error codes to include F8E6, F6E3, F2E1, and F0E7. CX informed em thatb the unti was a gift and is still in manufature warranty , but POP is not avalible. "Customer complaint items in refrigerator section or freezing arrive today and inspected unit. Found refrigerator temperature at 42°. Customer had glasses water that had turned ice on the second shelf play Stina into diagnostic mode and ran test three and found damper door to be opening and closing and never stopped to let air through and was very noisy. Replaced damper with new part. Ran test three again. Damper door opened very quietly, and evap fan pushed air through. Took unit out of diagnostic mode. Evaporator fan was blowing, and damper door closed completely, and let no air through. Could not find any other signs of why it would be freezing unit is now working as designed job complete ;"
