CX very unhappy with unit & is not confident unit quality because of the multiple parts replaced. New noise during sense when tub is spinning. - have a video. Recheck repair & all hardware is tight & there is no obstructions. Noise dosnt happen all the time. Ran QUICK WASH with towels. Tub sits very low.Ordering extra parts that may have worn due to failed parts. Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Oven Burners will not staying on. ( Because of cx culture they say they cook different and need the burners to stay on all the time. I advised the cx that the Burners will cycle and the unit will not have consistent heat because the unit is energy saving. ) Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. No error codes. Checked the Burners to the Cooktop. All but ers are Hearing & Cycling. Unit is working as Designed. ( This is the cx one and only use and Care call. I advised the cx of this and advised the cx if we come back and there is nothing wrong with the unit. Cx will be charged. )

cx complaint gasket is falling off and door rubbing. inspected unit and found gasket came offi freezer and some in fridge. fridge gasket is giving issue so grabbed pre id gasket and found its defective has a rip in it. reinstalled old gasket and is staying place good. went to freezer door and is rubbing and needs a washer so added washer to hinge and fixed freezer gasket and this one is also giving issues staying in place so rotated it and now is staying in place good. heated gaskets so they seal to cabinet and told cx to keep and eye on the gaskets. unit is good to go

cx complaint is all lights in unit being dead. confirmed complaint. all lights are out in both sections. i found lights extremly hard to remove. i finally got 1 out and found it covered in foam. connector is buried in the foam as well. i called techline because im concerned im not going to be able to replace all these lights and may damage liner trying to do so. techline had me send them a picture of the overfoamed light. they advised that is nonrepairable and advised cx call customer care. i explained this to cx and he asked that i try to replace those lights. i told him the liner will be damaged if i do and he said that was ok. i was able to install all lights but 1 connector got damaged. its currently working but i advised cx to call whirlpool anyway.

"Customer complaint they had went on vacation and when they arrived back home, the unit was not on and all food spoiled inside of unit. Inspected unit and verified complaint found unit was powered on at power supply at top of unit but no lights or no display on inside consul were on turn the unit off and power back on Consol now comes on but no LEDs are lit. Waited 10 to 15 minutes for compressor to kick on and it never did evaporator fan is not running condenser fan is not running Call Techline SR number above after testing a few things with Techline we had found that the power supply board is supplying 123 V AC to main control but the control is not supplying the correct DC voltage to inverter board unit is going to need a new Gemini board to properly repair, ordering part for return visit and will return when part arrives Powered unit off since there is nothing inside of unit ; ordrng 1 WPW10200659 (Gemini control board)"

Adjusted burner by loosing the screws anf slightly turning it torward the left. Testred the burner again several times, it worked as designed. Confirmed crack on center part of the LF grate. The issue seems to be caused by the heat. Ordering LF grate W11380124, to be shipped directly to the cx, the part doesn't require installation; ordrng 1 W11380124 (LF grate (ship to cx))"
