Cx complaint is that the unit stops during a cycle and drains and shuts off. I found that the drip tray is getting water in it causing it to throw the F8E4 error. I found that the left side of the tub was low and the door was dragging when closing. I adjusted the legs and got the door aligned and closing properly. I then ran the diag test and found that the door gasket is not seating against the door properly allowing water to get past. I am ordering the gasket. I was able to set the return visit for Thursday 7/20 AM preference.; ordrng 1 W11483553 (Gasket)

"Cx complained of a leak in the rear. Cx says after about 20 washes, it may leak a tad from the rear. Inspected the unit and could not duplicate the problem. Put 2 pods in the unit and rain diagnostsics in order to get excess suds because, there are signs of a leak coming from the rear vent. Could not get the unit to leak however. Explained the situation to the cx and to not use too much soap. Used white vinagar to break down the excess suds. Job complete"

"CX complaint cooktop surface and area around the knobs get to hot when the oven is in use. Tested oven gasket with a pioece of paper, and it sealed perfectly. inspected cavity insulation, found no issues. Called tech line, spoke to Joe (sr # 7736875114). He suggested to test the oven according to technical manual W11544031. Ran a 400F bake cycle for an hour. By using an infrared thermometer, measured 95F on knobs and surface around knob, and 105F around the vent. The manual doesn't provide any temp limit for the cooktop surface. Called tech line again, spoke to Austin (sr # 7736875114) and reported the temperatures measured."
