arrived and cx said unit sounds alot better noise is almost gone and after repair water dispenser did not work. inspected water and found line pinched so fixed that. i was at the same fridge a week ago and checked the panel under fridge and found it does not ride up the fornt of the lip like this one is doing. pushed panel down off lip in back cause the way it was installed it goes up and is hitting condenser causing a noise. after i did this no noise. reinstaleld unit leveled and ran test 5 and rmped compressor up and down and we have no noise. let it run normal opp and we have no noise i stayed in home longer to make sure noise did not come back and did not. cx agrees it sounds good now. unit is good to go

Both RC and FC door seals are making good seal and have not failed. Unit has frost build up in FC near top front of FC. Found unit seems to have warpage in FC cabinet liner. Called techline and spoke to Joe SR# 7736879562 who said to use rtv sealant to seal the FC liner. Ordering rtv sealant for use on return, office to schedule return when all parts arrive and are approved.; ordrng 2 675659 (rtv clear)s"

CX complaint is no power to WM. Inspected unit and got 120 at outlet and into control. Unplugged all components at board to check for short and no luck. Checked drain pump and harness. Pump ohm'd at 20.1ohms. Lid locked so could only get pic of ser#. MOD# on ticket is incorrect. CX has no paperwork on unit. Unit from 2017. CX came to me in the process of trying to identify unit nd said he is just going to buy a new WM. CX paid SC of $120 by check#1167. Job is complete

"Cx complaint is washer taking 2-3 hours to complete a cycle. Tested inspected and could not verify complaint. Unit went through a diag cycle, unit had npo stored error codes. Washed a blanket on quick wash and cycle was completed in 32mins. Blanket was properly rinsed and spun out. When cx is using things like deep water wash, fabric softener and extra rinse, these all add significant time to the normal wash cycle. Cx is also using to much detergant and mixing bleach and detergant and softener all together whivch could be causing longer cycle times. Another thing that could be happening is if the cx has an off balance load the unit could be trying to correct the load causing longer wash times. Unit is working as designed. Job is complete."
