Turned on the RF burner and it would stay on the highest setting while turning the knob to medium or high. Removed back panel and found the switch defective. As a result of the switch being unadjustable and staying on high the cooktop had fragmented. Ordering switch and set return for 7/24. "cx complaint LF valve stem twisted so off on knob doesnt line up. cx also mentioned both front burners usually dont ignite immediately but he doesnt want to address that at this time. inspected unit and verified complaint. knob isnt cracked. burner screws are rusted and may break but should be able to replaced either manifold or valve without having to take the screws out. advised cx we can either replace whole manifold(W10812382) totaling 453.25, or replace just the valve(WPW10279615) totaling 402.81. cx paid 120 service call with c/c and declined repair, would rather buy new. advised cx service call is covered for 30days if he changes his mind."

"cx complaint is the FC light not working. cx said it was out for several days then started working again. when i arrived the light was working but it had some frost around the light switch and a small amount on the door where it contacts the switch. warm air must be getting in causing frost which keeps the switch from moving freely. i inspected all door gaskets. they are all sealing. i found a small gap in the liner near the bottom of the left RC door. fill gaps with silicone. made sure the humidity control was turned on, it is. i leveled the feet so unit is no longer leaning forward and doors are level. informed cx with it being as hot and humid as it is to make sure doors are kept closed as much as possible to help keep air from the room out. unit is working as designed."

Removed drum and found mice droppings inside and around the motor. Instructed cx to have licensed exterminator come and treat the home in which cx stated she has several times. Contacted TL due to same issues occuring and reported about the infestation and he would like to tradecare involved about repairing under warranty. arrived and cx said unit sounds alot better noise is almost gone and after repair water dispenser did not work. inspected water and found line pinched so fixed that. i was at the same fridge a week ago and checked the panel under fridge and found it does not ride up the fornt of the lip like this one is doing. pushed panel down off lip in back cause the way it was installed it goes up and is hitting condenser causing a noise. after i did this no noise. reinstaleld unit leveled and ran test 5 and rmped compressor up and down and we have no noise. let it run normal opp and we have no noise i stayed in home longer to make sure noise did not come back and did not. cx agrees it sounds good now. unit is good to go

Installed silicone in gap to stop air leak. Also unit is in a garage that is insulated but not conditioned. This also might be contributing to the condensation issue. Unit is working as designed. "CX complai t is that the unti is not cooling and making a loud buzzing sound. I found that both the FC & RC is at 75 degrees with no air flow. i found that the compressor is buzzing every 90 sec . Unit has a seezed R600a compressor . I am ordeirng 1 comressor , 1 drier filter , and all accompanied couplings. I spoke to parts ordering, all parts are avalible. "cx complaint unit leaks bad and floor is buckling. inspected unit then chcked for codes and had f2e1. ran service cycle at the end of cycle before draining unit started leaking bad out the right side ofthe front of door, noticed lower spray arm is not roatating at all. gave cx quote for new sump and possible needing the spray arm. grabbed pre id sump and installed it and tested and ran service cycle and unit statted leaking through float pretty bad but not out the door this time so tighten float and leak stopped. ran normal opps and unit started leaking bad out the front left anfd right front at different times now. unit needs lower spray arm also part is instock so rescheudled cx paid in full; ordrng 1 W10837249 (spray arm 40.00)"

"Customer complaint unit is not freezing ice cream is not making ice and is warmed. I found the refrigerator is warm in the 50 and the refrigerator in the 20s. I found the unit is overfrosting in the evap and is leaking dye. a lot of dye. After reading the notes last SS did not replace evap or compressor he just did a flush. Cx complaint is that the unit is still throwing a F9E1 error code since the last repair. Upon arrival I verified the error code. I then ran the diag test and found that the unit was able to complete the diag cycle. I then tipped the unit back and inspected the harness and drain pump and found that the connector at the pump was not secured. The locking tab that holds the connector to the pump is wore down and is not latching properly allowing the wire to come out of the pump. I am ordering the lower harness. Cx complaint is that the unit is freezing stuff in the RC section. Upon arrival I found that the unit temps in the RC are currently at 37 degrees. I found that the air gap was covered on much of the shelf surface. I also found that the RH door gasket has separated at both flaps. I also entered into diag and looked at all of the thermistor readings. I found that all of the readings are within expectations. I am ordering the gasket.
