cx complaint is the right front element not working. confirmed complaint. all others work and oven heats. i inspected element and saw no signs of damage. turned switch on and element got no voltage. inspected switch and found the harness was not fully plugged onto the switch. it came off very easily. i bent the connector so it grips tighter and put it on the switch properly. tested element. unit is now working as designed.

Upon arrival i tested water dispense and no water. This continued until water into filter housing was pulled out and put back in. Filter housing inlet tube was under water pressure when tube was disconnected from housing. Replaced the harness wire as per previous diagnosis. Tested and problem remains. Getting vibration at dual valve when dispenser is trickling water after dispense. Removed spigot and tested and made no difference with or without the spiggot. Called TL under same SR. I then found 2 tubes into dual valve. While i had CX on site we were unsucessful in getting clarification on what was owed when i called office. Tori called me back after CX had left and informed me that we need to charge 110.00 for labor. CX was not on site any more when answer came in so we will need to call

"CX complant. Dryer not working. Inspected unit and found 123 and 123 with 246 across the poles at dryer socket. Inspected terminal block and wires are burned up on the terminal block as well as the dryer pigtail, CX will have closing document which shows unit in warrenty for january. Will need terminal block , terminal wires set and CX provided pigtail . One wire on terminal block appears to have been left loose when installed. SD pics. Further work needed. cx complaint not draining. arrived today and found a filter on drain that was clogged with debris. ran unit with filter on and the draining was very slow. removed the filter and unit was draining much faster. advised cx to change this filter often as it will interrupt the washing process when its clogged and the unit senses a slow drain. repair is complete.

CX complaint is Upper rack not working right. Inspected and found no defect in upper rack rails. They have already been replace. CX was misinformed that all the rails on theis unit have been upgraded when in fact its only the mid level rails(upper). CX is insistent that all rails be replaced. Informed CX that the middle rails will not make any difference because that is the way the new ones are designed. Once rails are replaced CX has been informed that they will not be replaced again.
