Customer complaint unit is not cooling and it was ice building in the FC. I found the unit was unplugged and everything was thawed. I tested the unit and found the evaporator motor was bad. But also notice frost pattern is not good. Only the two coild are frosting. I tested compressor and is reading .7 amps but no full frsot pattern. Told customer that they could fix the fan but the unit most likely need SS. I instaled new fan and collected in full. Customer is going to monitor the unit and see if is cooling. But they will need SS if still having issues.

Pulled control and isolated all connectors and as soon as you plug P2 in the breaker trips. P@ controls heater and evap motor. Could get no power out of control. Pulled evap cover and found brown heater wire sitting on evap shorting. Pulled wire up and reset breaker nd unit ran for 15mins with no issues. As oon as heater wire was plugged in we were back to square one. Ordering heater, control and evap motor. Cannot reschedule due to part availability.
