Tilted unit back, found belt left marks on splutch wheel and gearcase oil leaking from behind splutch. took pics. "Cs unit will not heat intermittenly, confirmed complaint.I found the door switches are not making 100% contact all the time. The unit has not been installed all the at yet so its not secured.The door is snagging on the cabinet.If you adjusted MW to the door doesnt make contact unit will heat everytime.I triede 7 times and it heated everytime.Once you push unit back into cabinet the unit stops heating and door open on it own. Adjusted MW ,advised when the builder install is all the way to be aware of the door snagging. Unit is now working properly."

Cx complaint is that the unit is still leaking. Upon arrival I found that the water was running into the basket at a steady stream. I shut off the hot valve and then the cold valve and determined that it was the cold valve that has failed. I was able to access and replace the valve. I then turned the water back on and manually ran the hot and cold and verified that it is shutting off completely when not activated. Unit is functioning as intended. CX complaint is WM no power. Inspected/tested and got 120vac at outlet and to control but control light wasnt flashing. No power going to UI. Replaced control from pre-id and plugged every component in and control was working. As soon as I plugged UI in it shut control off. Unplugged the UI and it came back on. . This is a Lowes contract where the dispatch got messed up by Lowes. CX was on phone with them and was on hold for over 30mins and decided to just pay for the repair and then deal with being reimbursed by Lowes. CX paid $669.18 by check#232. Unit is working properly. When CX went to use unit it drained all over her floor and through her ceiling downstairs causing considerable damage to home. ****INSTALLATION ISSUE***. I did ziptip drain hose into standpipe for CX so that she could use machine. WM itself is working properly. Job is complete
