CX complaint is oven fan makes loud noise and shuts unit off. During inspection you can clearly hear the bearings in the blower fan rattling. Unit pulls an F8E0 code and then oven stops working. CX has to reset breaker and wait 30mins to operate. CX is very particular about cabinets and her house and notices every scratch etc. I didnt want to pull unit out twice to avoid a second chance that something could get damaged. "cx complaint is frost build up in FC section. confirmed complaint. found frost on the ice chute in the door, at the top of the cabinet and a thick sheet of ice under the bin at bottom of FC section. i remvoed all ice and frost. found drain line is blocked. tried clearing it wit steam but it will not let water drain. removed drain tube from rear of unit, it is now blocked. itried to push a screw driver through the opening and it is blocked. feels like rubber or plastic anywhere i push. i called techline, they had no recomendations and said ticket would be sent for review and would be in contact with us or cx. SR#7736912769. gave cx SR# and told whirlpool will be in contact.; saved tckt"

"cx complaint unit leaking and not draining. inspected unit and verified complaint. noticed water in sink not draining. cx said he just had plumber come out and got it so it will drain if they run disposal. advised cx they shouldnt have to do that and that could cause issues when running unit, advised cx to have plumber come back out to get sink draining good. water left in unit, pressed cancel and heard drain pump energize but no water pumping out, not even backing up into sink. then noticed live roach on counter but it crawled away before i could get a pic. advised cx they need to email us exterminator receipt before we can service unit. cx understands. marking preid valve and gasket as will use on return and ordering drain pump and vent in case needed.; ordrng 1 W11649995 (vent) and 1 W11497943 (drain pump) and 1 LOOK (LOOK)"

"Customer complaint is that ice production is slow and there is frost forming in the freezer compartment. Checked freezer compartment temperature and found it around 5. There is a small gap at the top of the door seal that has caused the door switch to bind. Gasket reshaped to close the gap and door switch freed. Checked ice box temperature and found it at 20, too high for steady ice production. Ice bin is full. Inspection of the freezer evaporator found frost pattern was heavy down the middle because of the gap. Defrost cycle started to clear the evaporator and test the circuit. Defrost circuit is working properly. Unit reassembled and is working properly. Customer to monitor for any further issues."
