"Cx complaint is unit leaking water out of IM. Found a previous company had serviced unit and there were many things wrong with the IM. Found the fill tube not in the chute, one of the screws stripped out going into liner and the clip on the wire harness to keep the plug in to be defective. Also found unit had the incorrect IM for this unit. Explained to the cx everything that i found and cx wanted it fixed properly to the best of my ability. Replaced IM from VS with the one that belongs to this unit, and corrected harness and chute. IM is now level and secure and working as designed. Job is complete.
