cx complaint is that after 30 min after guy left last time unit shut down and did the same. when i got here the unit didnt work and lights were flashing and control was clicking. went over unit and replaced control and unit came on. hit confirm for power outage to turn unit on. unit came on and UI worked as well as lights and compressor come on for about 8 seconds then unit shut down again and started clicking. UI dead and lights flash and no cooling of fans. called tech line and spoke to Rob and SR# 7736925844 tested and checked unit to find issue and bad evap fan as unit was unplugged and repmoved P9 plug and turned unit back on and unit ran with no issue. advised to get fan and that should correct issue. went over unit and quote with cx. she said order part. office will schedule; ordrng 1 W11224591 (Evaporator Fan 126.87)

"CX complaint is dryer no heat. Inspected/tested and found unit would tumble but no heat. Checked thermal fuse, tco and element. Found orange wire falling off. Reset wire and replaced tco from pre-id. Checked voltage and terminal block and only got 14vac on L1 and L2. Checked breaker and reset it and when I came back I had 120vac on both legs. Started unit and it started heating. Also CX had smashed vent from prior unit and I advised them to replace it. Unit is working properly. Job is complete"

"cx complains unit is not completing cycle. cx is under manufacture warranty according to POP. unit shows f8e1-long fill error. unit went through diagnostic test with no issues. Unit water fill seems to be enough to not throw error. Ran unit through quick cycle with load, and unit went through cycle with no issues. CX stated they tried to run 'heavy duty' cycle 4x and was having issues, so to replicate, ran unit through heavy cycle with load. unit filled agitated and drained as designed. Unable to replicate CX issue, unit working as designed. No further work needed. CX EMAIL ADDED"

SR// 7736921124. W17WWK1WPL1. Customer complaint unit is leaking gas. Gas company was here and said the unit was leaking. I tested unit and the gas company said is coming from the flex pipe but the flex pipe and valve is not leaking. I check manifold and nothing. I check the oven and found the bake burner is tripping sniffer. Removed burner and found the valve burner orifice is leaking. Unit needs new valve. Called techline and safety and got parts and labor coverage. Installed new gas valve regulator. Unit is back to normal operations
