"CX complains after repair icemaker only lasted 24 hours before it stopped again. Found icemaker has rotated and then stopped mid rotation and wont rotate back or forward anymore. Called techline due to repeated issue with icemaker and spoke to Chris SR# 7736874722, while running testing with techline it was discovered that the FC door harness has a short that can only be found if harness is sitting a certain way. Unit will need icemaker due to the one thats in it flexing too far due to the harness failing. Unit will also need door handle due to set screws being stripped and causing door to not open properly. Ordering door, handle, and icemaker for use in return. Return to be scheduled by office when all parts arrive.; ordrng 1 W11561286 (ss door) and 1 W10873791 (icemaker) and 1 W11542651 (handle) and 1 WPW10271540 (fitting)"

cx complaint food freezing in rc. checked unit to find vents in fc blocked advised cx to not block vents as it could force cold air into rc causing foor to freeze. cx removed blockage and is going to monitor. cx complaint unit not dispensing water properly while filter is in. checked pressure past valve to find 60 lbs per in^2. installed filter and tested when screen is saying 11 oz 10 oz have been dispatched into measuring cup with and without filter. installed filte rand tested with about 40 oz of water results varying between 1oz and perfect measurement. called techline spoke to Brandon sr773692518 unit working as designed

cx complaint is the unit not heating. cx said it worked for a while after last repair then the issue returned. i found the terminal block only gettign 88vac when checked across L2 and L1. i found if power cord was moved at the outlet voltage would jump to 245vac. outlet is loose. i showed this to cx and adjusted cord so it is currently heating. advisesd she have an electricion fix the outlet.

"cx complaint water line is pinched. inspected unit and found water line for dispenser was kinked in 2 spots. unit needs FC door and a 2 tech to correct issue. i then found units grill was missing from bottom of unit. unit falls under 30 day cosmetic. advised cx door takes 8-10 weeks and ships to them. once in they will call and set up a return visit. was able to patch water line with water fitting from van stock to get unit by while we wait for door.; ordrng 1 LW10918659 (FC door SS) and 1 W11282548 (bottom grill) and 1 wpw10271540 (fitting (VS FG)), used 1 WPW10271540 (FITTING) from stock"
