"cx complaint is the cabinet having a dent at the bottom left side and unit making a lot of banging noise during spin. cx has video of unit making a lot of baning/tapping noise when spinning. confirmed complaints. cabinet is dented. unit is sitting level but tub is almost touching rear of caibnet. pushed basket down and suspension feels soft, tub hits back of cabinet when pushed down. basket spins freely by hand. no saved codes. ran service cycle. unit shook and vibrated during spin, not as bad as the video of unit running loaded. inspected under unit found nothing else out of place, no damage to any other parts. unit will need cabinet, nameplate and suspenion kit. unit is in a small room. to change the cabinet it will have to be moved out of room. 2ct, 2tech if possible.; ordrng 1 W10677266 (cabinet) and 1 W11178521 (nameplate) and 1 W11400156 (suspension kit)"

cx complaint unit is still banging all around said it used to move to the right but now moves to the left. inspected washer then checked for errors and had f0e3 f0e5 f0e7 so cleared codes and ran auto test and when spinning unit spins great in test mode but i do have a tapping like sound coming from the bottom of washer. checked under washer and rotor bolt is loose so tighten and ran drain and spin and we still have a tapping noise and it now sounds worse and the longer the cycle went taping seemed to get louder. issue is something with gearcase/motor rotor so ordering all parts to gearcase for return; ordrng 1 W11449841 (gearcase) and 1 W11195971 (stator) and 1 W10754448 (clutch) and 6 W11027980 (screws)s and 1 W10734521 (clutch) and 1 W11260238 (rotor) and 1 W10752283 (washplate incase)
