Replaced dual switch to resolve element issue. Called WPTL and went over voltages. Found the issue to be with the home electric. Cx complaint is that the unit is making vibrating noises and is louder than it has been ever. Upon arrival I verified the noise and found that it was coming from the front of the unit. I removed the front panel and found that the rollers were still functioning as intended. I inspected the blower wheel and found that there were no cracks but it has lint built up in it in all of the fins. I was able to remove all the lint that was stuck in the fins. I then tested the unit and found that it is now running without any vibrations or noises. Job complete. I collected the service fee.

cx complaint the switch is not cycling like it should. checked the unit and found that the switch was defective. replaced the switch and tested operation. unit is good to go. as for the oven. the thermometer the cx is using has a delay compared to the oven set temp. but within 5 minutes her thermometer reaches 350 and stays there consistently. advsied to cx how the oven temp is faster and more acurate then a thermometer. cx agreed and understood. i advised her to contact us if she is having some cooking issues. unit is good to go.

Cx complaint is that the unit is not spinning the clothes properly. Upon arrival I found no error codes. I then ran the manual spin and found that the unit was able to ramp up to max speed. I heard some noise in the splutch when spinning and the belt slipping slightly. I accessed the splutch and belt and found that the belt is slipping on the pulley. I was able to replace the belt and splutch. I then tested the unit and found that it is now functioning as intended. Job complete

"cx complaint unit will prompt for a filter change at the ui every 1-2 months. cx thought this was unusually rapid frequency of filter change. contacted techline to further review. found that the filter switch is recognizing the presence or absence of the filter. per techline the unit is capable of calculating both a timer identifying how long the filter has been in place as well as a usage meter focusing on the amount of ice and water the unit is producing. per techline it is most likely a combination usage and timer driven. cx however does not use an unusual amount of water or ice (family of three, not using any large containers). possible software failure in UI. cx already repaired the upper rack wheels. cx says the unit is not washing with the spray arms. found a f6e4(float) error code in memory. ran the diagnosticb and the unit is filling washing draining good but does get a f6e4 error code at the end of the cycle. air gap clean. looks like the spray arms moved some. put coffee cups in the top rack corners and ran the diagnostic again. fills washes and drains good with no error codes this time. the coffee cups had water in them. found the spray arms are clogged. the unit needs the spray arms; ordrng 1 W10803178 (arm-spray) and 1 WPW10605345 (arm-spray) and 1 WPW10340745 (spray arm)

"Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Microwave / Oven Combo User Interface isn't responding. The Microwave power button, Settings and the home buttons are not responding. I then turned off the power at the breaker for 5 mins to do a deep reset. ( Cleared all Grease & Finger prints from the User Interface.) Turned the power back on. All Keys are now working . Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. No Error Codes. Unit is working as Designed. ( I advised the cx to connect the unit to wifi. Also advised the cx that they will need to do this because the unit needs to have the updated from over the software updates. ) Cx paid for the Service Call Only by Card. If the cx calls back order the User Interface = W11297728. Don't go without parts."
