cx complaint is the oven catching fire. cx was making cinnimon rolls at the time. no property or personal injury. when i arrived it looked like a fire extingisher had been used to put the fire out. i took pictures. no smell of gas. surface burners worked with no issues. started a bake cycle and the element came on and flame looks fine. unit does look like things have spilled in it that has gotten on the element. fire most likely caused by something spilling. i called techline to document. sent pictures i took of the unit. they said with flames looking good now and seeing signs of spilling that that is the cause of the fire and advised replacing no parts. SR#7736948630. unit is working as desinged.

Attempted to remove filter but found failed housing. Unit had good temps and good frost pattern and no signs of expired food or anything melting. i was able to access unit and found unit is working as design. units drain hose is not mounted correctly and unit is self siphoning. unit is dispensing water normal. i did find hot water was shut off. i found drain hose was on floor to sump hole. i was able to attach drain hose supplied and placed in stand pipe. retested unit and found it still had a f8e1 error code after test. I replace control and made sure pressure hose was not kinked. tested unit again and found unit now checks good.

I found that the dispenser is not openiong with pout issues. I took a reistanse reading ot the dispeser whernthe door was closed and found 15 OHM's of resistance. New dispensert OHm's at 38 OHM's reistance. Unit test good.
