Cx complaint is unit not washing proeprly. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found the sump to be defective. Also found debris in both spray arms and the filter. Was able to get all the debris out of spray arms and filter. Replaced sump and heater from previous diagnosis. Leveled unit and that corrected to door rubbing issue and bent back heater support to original postion. Ran through a diag cycle and verifed no leaks and all operations are working properly. No leaks. Unit is working as designed. Job is complete.

"Customer complaint unit is not cooling correctly the unit is not making ice. I checked temps and FC is 26 and thawing. 45 in the RC. FAns are working. The RC has silver evaporator still in the unit. The unit looks like is leaking refrigerant. There used to be a service pointer to replace this evaporator on certain models. Ther is weak frost pattern or full. The compressor is noisy and hot. Parts for seal system are covered by entitlement. The RC is leaking the drain tube is clogged with debry. I tried clean it but is stuck. Unit needs drain tube. Ordering evaporator, dryer, coupler, compressor and Drain tube. No covered. Collected for part shipping tax. Customer owes 530 for labor. "cx complaint new tapping noise and the unit sometimes will drain before starting the cycle and inside will be wet some he said like the soak setting was activated. inspected unit then checked for codes and had none, service cycle sounds good. ran high spin speed and confimred tapping noise. found noise is coming from harness and pressue hose hitting rear panel looks like line had slid down form the amount of times we have service unit. adjusted lines and put back together and tested on drain and spin and sounds good. got loaad of towels got them wet and ran drain and spin and no more nosie unit sounds good and cx agrees. i then looked at dispenser again it dripped 2 times after cycle finished but that is it.. tried calling techline but have no service here. unit is good to go"

"CX complai t was that the unti was not making ice. I found that when jumping the IM T-H the unit would reotate as well as raise and drop bail arm. I found no water called for. I jumped V-L and found the vlave to opperate , but no water flow. I was able to use a moving matt to access the rear of the unti. I removed the fill tube and found ice in the tub. I turned the supply valve off and removed the supply line , placed it into a bucket and opened the supply. I found no water coming from home side of the supply. CX informed em that there is a addtional supply shut off. cx informed me that this time that he had been on vaca and shut the supply off but did not turn it back on. He turned supply and unit test good. I collected $120.00 for service chaeges via credit card."

i was able to access unit and replace the damper as per previous tech. I found the door gasket to be part of the door and not able to replace. unit needs both doors to correct gasket issue. Cx complaint is that the unit is making a an intermittent shrill noise when its running. Upon arrival I found that the Idler and rollers have play on the shaft. I was able to replace the rollers and the idler pulley. I then tested the unit and found that the unit was making a new noise when running. i isolated the noise to the RR roller. I found that the shaft is not round and will need replaced as well. I am ordering the Shafts and front rollers. "CX complains unit will warm up during defrost to the point everything thaws out. Unit will then catch up after a few days and start cooling again, but then will go through defrost again. CX is within manufacture warranty. Unit shows good frost pattern, evap fan is working as designed, Unit FC reads 17.6*F and unit RC reads 40*F. Unit not allowing service diag mode even after being unplugged and following steps. Evap thermistor reads 11.75kOhms. Thermistor is reading out of range and needs replaced.
