"cx complaint RC section was warm, cx pulled unit out and clean front grill and back of unit and then unit came back to life. inspected unit and first took temps and found 36 degrees RC, FC was pretty empty. I tried getting a temp off an ice pack but i was only getting 29 degrees. i found ice build up on outside of evap cover. i pulled evap cover and found a full frost pattern but also found large ice formation at cap tube. i then amp clamped the cmpressor and found 1.25amps. i think unit is defrosting more often then it should due to ice build up on bimetal. called TL (SR7736958173) TL agreed. steamed ice ball out and cleaned condenser. I also found IM is not calling for water. ordering IM and water valve. once approved please reach out to cx and set up a retrun visit.; ordrng 1 WPW10498976 (valve) and 1 W10884390 (ice maker)"

Cx complaint unit doesn't spin. Ran unit and motor came on but the basket didn't spin. Removed top lidand found the belt frayed and idler detattached from cabinet.. The motor pulley had stripped and caused belt to come off. Attempted to remove blower wheel from motor but wheel was stripping out. Ordering blower wheel and will use motor on return. Cx complaint is that the unit is still leaking from the ice door. Upon arrival I found that the separator still has moisture around it and is leaking out into the tray. I inspected the separator and found no signs of tearing or damage to the gasket. I found that it does not seat properly against the chute. I am reordering the separator.
