F7E1 tach signal missing, F7E7 unable to reach target RPM. cleared codes and ran service cycle. unit completed it with no issues. inspected under unit. nothing out of place, no damaged. guard looks to have made contact with drain pan. no real damage just scuff marks on the front edge. i raised the feet and leveled the unit. suspension feels fine. calibrated unit and advised cx on loading/cycle selections. unit i working as designed."

"Customer complaint unit is overcooling in RC the unit is running all the time and freezing thing in the refrigerator. I tested temps and i got 41 in the RC and about 7 in the FC. The unit is not turning on wven with the doors open for about ten min. The unit finally turned on and started cooling temps are good. The custoemr says she sleeps in the living room and the unit never stops for days. Tested heater, compressor and fans and they are testing good. The unit is having run time issues. looks like the control is running too long in between defrost. Did not see a leak. I notice gaps between the liner and body. "cx complaint is the displaying being dead. cx said they can hear beeps but display shows nothing and cycles wont run. cx said he pressed the faucet dispensor and it did work. i found outlet is wired correctly. i pressed power and display came on, held start and cycle started. i cancelled cycle and checked for error codes. none were saved. ran service cycle. unit completed cycle with no issues. ran calibration. cx showed me video of him pressing power and start. display is dead but beeping can be heard. ordering UI as its the most likely cause of the issue. schedule when part is available.; ordrng 1 W11478526 (user interface)"

"Customer complaint is that the unit is freezing items on the fresh food side and there is frost on the freezer compartment. Damper tested and is working properly. Fresh food compartment is overloaded, reducing air circulation which is keeping the damper open longer and freezing the food. Gave customer recommendations to improve air circulation in the compartment. Found a small gap in the freezer gasket. Applied heat the gasket to close the gap. Door is now sealing properly."

"cx complaint is a grinding noise during spin. i checked for codes and found F9E2 failed to drain all water, F2E1 stuck key. cleared codes, ran service cycle. unit completed cycle with no issues. basket spins smoothly by hand. i pushed the basket down and found the suspension is soft. i inspected under unit and found the rotor has been hitting the ridges on the drain pan causing the noise. everything else on drive motor looks fine. unit will need suspension kit. quoted cx for repair. cx paid for all but labor. will pay 110 on return.; ordrng 1 W11130356 (suspension)"

"Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer has a sound like rocks are in the unit while in the final Spin cycle. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. No error codes. I then checked the suspension to the unit. Suspension is not weak. Pushed the Drum / Basket down. I then let the Basket / Drum go. Drum / Basket is not bouncing after letting it go. Ran a load with towels. After towels hot completely wet. I put it in Drain & Spin. When Drum is slowing down the break is skipping.
