"Customer complaint unit is overcooling in RC the unit is running all the time and freezing thing in the refrigerator. I tested temps and i got 41 in the RC and about 7 in the FC. The unit is not turning on wven with the doors open for about ten min. The unit finally turned on and started cooling temps are good. The custoemr says she sleeps in the living room and the unit never stops for days. Tested heater, compressor and fans and they are testing good. The unit is having run time issues. looks like the control is running too long in between defrost. Did not see a leak. I notice gaps between the liner and body. F7E1 tach signal missing, F7E7 unable to reach target RPM. cleared codes and ran service cycle. unit completed it with no issues. inspected under unit. nothing out of place, no damaged. guard looks to have made contact with drain pan. no real damage just scuff marks on the front edge. i raised the feet and leveled the unit. suspension feels fine. calibrated unit and advised cx on loading/cycle selections. unit i working as designed."

Tested temps with IR scanner after an hour, even with oven at 450 max temp on knobs was 130* which is still within temp limits of manual, SR#7736875114. cx complained unit evap fan was making ;loud noise. after further inspection evap fan wasnt making any noises. took evap cover off to see if there were any ice around the blade. there wasnt any. normal frost patterns. working as should. cx also complained that unit alarm would go off during random times of the middle of the night. unit displayed over temp and reset alarm. cx said temps never changed. once he hit reset unit stopped beeping and worked normal. ordering control display assembly.in; ordrng 1 W11493061 (control)

Put unit into deep fill cycle and filled tub halfway and drained. still no leaks. tilted unit back, Pulled spltuch and inspected gearcase after finding belt rub marks. Found gearcase leaking oil and teeth on shaft rubbed off. "Cx complaint no ice, ice container stuck in place.Temp check with thermocouple showed 42F in the Rc and 17F in the Fc. Ran icemaker self diagnostic, it worked ok. Water fill ok, icebox fan ok, Fc fan ok. Removed Fc evap cover, found no frost patter, just a block of ice around capillary and suction lines. Temp averege in Fc 11F, in the RC 37F, found Fc thermistor out of specs. Confirmed ice container stuck in place, unable to remove it, the mechanism didn't respond. Spoke to JP, he advised to order Rc evap, compressor, condenser and Rc evap cover. Ordering ice container W10911314, ice chute W10682175, compressor W11592010, drier W11109499, Rc evap W11291123, condenser W11548259, Rc evap cover. **SEALED SYSTEM TECH** and **4 COUNTS**; ordrng 1 W10911314 (ice container) and 1 W10682175 (ice chute) and 1 W11592010 (compressor) and 1 W11109499 (drier) and 1 W11291123 (Rc evap) and 1 W11548259 (condenser) and 1 W11395639 (Rc evep cover) and 1 sealed system tech and 1 4 counts"

I pulled up entitlemtn page and found no P&L auth and no SS entitlements. Did not diagnose unit. CX showed me a receipt from another tech from another company stating compressor was bad with high amp draw. I had to explain to her that did not cover our visit. Suggested she contact WP CX service to see if they are willing to help her being unit is under 2yr old. No services rendered. Job is complete
