He thinks the moisture comes from the enviroment and is not a refrigerator problem. Cx upset, wanted me to solve the issue. I offered the door gasket replacement, but I explained that we cannot guarantee that this fixes the issue 100%. "CX complains unit will not drain. Found unit drain pump to be making noise but could not verify opperation due to unit being stacked and will need 2nd tech to diagnose. Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator has Condensation on the middle mullion / Outer Cabinet. Checked the Refrigerator & Freezer Doors. They are completely Sealed. Called Whirlpool Techline Ref # 7736954050. Per Whirlpool Techline. Disconnected the Condenser Fan Motor. Checked house hold temperatures um getting 73.5 Degrees. Checked the Temperatures at the mullion. I'm getting 47.5 Degrees at the Top of the Mullion / Cabinet. Middle of the cabinet is reading 88.9 - 117.3 Degrees. Bottom is reading from 103.5 to 110.3 Degrees. Record all information by pictures. Sent all pictures to whirlpool Techline. Per whirlpool the Condenser pipe has pulled away in the middle to keep the unit from sweating and condensation is appearing. Unit is under review. Unit is non repairable at this time. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures.) ( Cx will need a plumber for the Cooper Water Line. Cx states he knows it has to be changed. I advised that the cx keeps the Water Turned Off because the Cooper Water Line is leaking Water. )

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator is freezing everything in the Refrigerator. I then checked the Damper Control. Damper is Opening / Closing. I then checked the Thermistor. ( Thermistor has been spliced and a new one has been installed. Please see Sd Pictures if any questions.) Checked the Thermistor. I'm getting 3.95 K Ohms. Unit thinks it's a lot warmer then what it needs to be. Unit will need the correct harness and holder. Cx paid for parts in full by card. ( I advised to the cx that the parts are on back order. "cx complaint unit is noisey temps arnt holding gurgling noise. inspected unit and found freezer at 30 evap making alot of gurgling. pulled unit out and checked compressor for uv dye and found condenser line leaking. fixed leak and changed drier then vacumed unit down and filled with freon and unit sounds alot better but still hear gurgling some. took freezer apart and added some insulation to evap lines and sounds better now. told cx to give unit 24 hours to cool down. unit is good to go; ordrng 1 w10143759 (uv drier SD V/S) and 2 w11553819 (insulation SD V/S)s, used 1 w10143759 (uv drier SD V/S), and 2 w11553819 (insulation SD V/S) from stock"
