Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer is stopping in the middle of the cycles / Washer is walking across the floor. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. No error codes. Checked the suspension. Suspension is good. I then. Recalibrated the Washer by running a Service Test on the unit. I then. Ran a Drain and spin cycle on the unit. Unit finished the Drain and Spin cycle but at the end of Drain & Spin cycle the Washer started to squeal really bad .Called Whirlpool Techline Ref # 7736965702. Unit will need a Gearcase. "Cx complaint is that the unit is still not heating and an electician verified that the voltage was correct at the outlet. Upon arrival I verified that the unit is not heating. I then removed the top and was able to access the terminal block. I Found 93.6 V from L1-L2, 5.6V L2-N and 120V from L1-N. I then unplugged the unit and plugged it back in and found that I had 120,120 and 240. I started a cycle and found that it was now heating. I then moved the unit out to inspect the connections. I started another cycle and it did not heat. I manipulated the cord and the unit began heating again. I informed the cx that the cord is causing the voltage drop. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete"

Temps were all what they should have been and average temps and max temps were different than they were 30mins prior. "F0E3 Overload, F9E2 Water ring detected, F8E6 Water hazard, F7E9 Lock rotor, F2E1Stuck key. Customer complaint unit is making grinding noise and the timer is not working. I ran teste cycle twice did not see any issues and completed test cycle but i found change between the washplate removed them, The drain pump is making a tapping noise. Normal but the drain tube is really high almost 6 feet high. Told custoemr that drain pump is working harder but no way it can be fix that how the pipe are set here. Ran a rapid wash and completed the cycle and normal noises. Ran with cloth rapid wash unit is good. No noises just the normal noises. Unit is working as desinged. "cx compaint unit leaked last 2 times she tried using it. inispected unit and found dispenseer is clogged with soap and wont open so cleaned that out got it open then checked unit for errrors and had none, let service cycle run with front panel off and cycle completed with no leaks. adjusted door gasket and leved feet better and ran again and still had no leaks. told cx to use pods and to run unit over the weekend and if leaks call us back monday unit is mnot leaking today. unit is good to go"
