Cx was starting the cycle and then pausing it after it locked the lid because they thought the cycle wasnt started during that 5 second pause. Cx had a maytag neptune previously and all functions of the washer are very different. Explained use and care to the cx and unit is working as designed. Job is complete."

Cx complaint unit is not working properly making noise. inspected unit will not do this noise while I'm here ran to 450 degrees trying to duplicate still won't do it. Ran convection mode as well still nothing. Ran for almost an hour still unable to duplicate issues. Cx states when it does do it the noise is louder when door is opened but then goes back on it and says she just not sure. Cx has a recording but is filming the floor. however claims to have no idea where it comes from. Still not enough information to go off. Unable to duplicate.

"cx complaint is the unit still leaking like before repair and door being difficult to close since gasket was replaced. no saved codes. ran service cycle with clear door in place. found upper spray arm is not spinning, lower spray arm is spraying water from a seam causing a rush of water to go forward toward bottom edge of the door. i cleared debry from the upper spray arm and tested again. sometimes when upper arm was spraying it would turn, other times it would not. cleared debry from manifold. still doesnt spin properly. upper rack is missing 2 clips and the rack sags. manifold may not be sealing to the feed tube. door pops open very easily. gasket is fully inserted into the groove. reordering gasket as well as spray arm and adjusters. cx paid in full.; ordrng 1 W10837249 (spray arm lower) and 1 W10712395 (adjuster) and 1 W11177741 (gasket)"

Found unit condenser fan to not be running and unit compressor showing signs of a short. P1.1-p1.2=119vAC, p2.1-p2.5= 50vDC, p2.2-p2.6=9.8vDC, p2.3-p2.7=17vDC. called techline due to short as well as voltages being incorrect. Spoke to Leon SR# 7736967276 who advised to replace pantry ui. Ordering pantry ui, main control, inverter board, and power supply board.
