"s191aqcx complaint the unit is not cooling correctly and that the lights are not working. replaced the freezer light per service pinter and all lights came on. temp in freezer is holding around 22 degrees. frdige is at 50. therfore, the unit is not cooling correctly. checked the unit and found that the rc evap was completely frozen. i dont think it is SS due to the unit making ice intermittenly. that tells me it wants to get below 15 degrees but with all the refrigerant being trapped in the rc coil there is not enough going into the freezer coil. quoted cx for replacement fan motor with harness. if fan motor does not fix the issue then a ss issue is going to be the cause. recommend trying the fan motor first.; ordrng 1 W11087438 (fan motor)"

I ran control relay test and cooling fan and convection fan came on. went back to air frier and the fan is still not turning on. I reset the board. I ran air frier and now after like 5 min of heating the fan turned on and the cooling fan did too The fan does not turn on right away. But is turnin on now. Unit is back to normal operations.

"Cx complained the top right of the cooktop would get hot when using upper oven, also that the upper oven did not cook thouroughly and the lower oven would burn. wow. Inspected the unit and found no errors in diagnostics. The temp on the display was 84 for both ovens. There is a pointer for a seal kit for the upper oven which may explain why the cooktop gets hot on the right side and of poor cooking. Tested and the average temp of the upper oven is 365. "cx complaint is the unit still leaking like before repair and door being difficult to close since gasket was replaced. no saved codes. ran service cycle with clear door in place. found upper spray arm is not spinning, lower spray arm is spraying water from a seam causing a rush of water to go forward toward bottom edge of the door. i cleared debry from the upper spray arm and tested again. sometimes when upper arm was spraying it would turn, other times it would not. cleared debry from manifold. still doesnt spin properly. upper rack is missing 2 clips and the rack sags. manifold may not be sealing to the feed tube. door pops open very easily. gasket is fully inserted into the groove. reordering gasket as well as spray arm and adjusters. cx paid in full.; ordrng 1 W10837249 (spray arm lower) and 1 W10712395 (adjuster) and 1 W11177741 (gasket)"
