"cx complaint unit dripping water from ducts into rc. inspected unit and verified complaint. cx said sometimes theres ice in bottom of fz so he turned icemaker off but unit kept dripping into rc after. cx said she had to wipe up water on rc shelf this morning. at first no signs of drain clogged of doors not sealing. cycled icemaker and it filled with no leaks. removed evap cover, noticed frost is a little heavier towards bottom in the middle as if warm air is coming in thru ducts. poured water down drain and it drained it all. took duck bill off to make sure it wasnt clogged and there was nothing in it. everything checks good. noticed suction on doors feels a little weak. fluffed gaskets with heatgun. advised cx to monitor and call back if issue persists. cx paid 120 service call with c/c."

"I was able to access and replace the control and the encoder. I then started a recalibration cycle and found the unit to power off. I unplugged the unit and the plugged back in . I fou d the propper 120 V's at the control form L1 to N , L1 to ground. I attempted to enter diage and fou d that the unit would enter , but then power off. I inspected the harness at the control and under the unit. I found no issues with the harness. I was able to inspect the drain pump and found only 1.9 OHM's resistanse at the pump it self. I called WP tech Line to document , TL had me do a resistanse read to the drsin pump form the control. I found only 1.9 OHm's again. I am ordering 1 drain pump (W11399437) and per TL I am reordering 1 contrpl board (W11519742). Once the contract is apporved, set retur; ordrng 1 W11519742 (Control (RO)) and 1 W11399437 (drain pump)"
